Most likely needs the passenger side leaf spring replaced, over the years the motor twists in that direction and it can cause higher milage trucks to lean slightly to that side because of the all the torque. The leaf spring just flatens out a bit.

My PDI tuner woke up my DD 15. Stock was 28 psi boost with the tune it’s 35psi. The intake definitely helps with your breathability and intake. Air temps. Get the exhaust manifold and you will see about 50 to 100° lower EGT. the performance tune makes about a 15% power gain to the flywheel. Then divide that by 17% and that’s what you have wheel horsepower.

I’ve also noticed my mental health diving since I started truckin. A lot of open road with no human interaction takes a toll. I also turned to god and faith has helped me be the best I can be. Having trust in god is a powerful thing
