Never knew that Ursarctic Drytron banishing for cost allowed you to use Polar Star's effect by itself. Thought you needed access to a Level 8 Ursarctic to attempt the activation now I can use both themes together, gonna start working on my own build now Thanks for your cool videos
As a Drytron player, it makes me so happy to see a deck that uses both archetypes and manages to pull some satisfying victories. If only Konami gave us some proper cross-archetype support, so both decks were more compatible.

So if I have it correctly, having Alpha on the field is the secondary way to summon it. What happened here was since you had Big Dipper in your hands already when you played Fafnir, Ursarctic Drytron was able to activate without Alpha?
It’s a cool deck, I tried but it kinda troll yourself too. Septenrion negates our xyz and links too and the entire board dies to 1 board breaker. Drawing dipper and ursartic drytron is also bricks.
It is to stop being floodgated from ss because of branded. Lubelion can summon a certain ddd monster to your field which stops you from ss any non ddd monsters, but you can get rid of it easily if you have deus machinix, because it can use any ddd monster you control as material

Alpha Thuban only has to be there for the alternative, normally you would need to have both field spells in hand or one in hand one on field.
