Why? Because the visuals definitely are NOT amazing. It has this very old, dated plastic look to it. This becomes 10x worse when on mobile at max mobile graphics. Many people that don't like the game is because of this weird art style that they chose. The performance optimization on PC is not that good but it is horrendous on mobile. The controls are also extremely rough on mobile. The auto aim is the most polarizing thing in this game being good against fast moving little mobs but terrible against bosses with multiple parts. . The story is extremely mediocre and the gacha currency is very, very stingy. The gameplay however I can completely agree with you is extremely fun. But the game overall needs ALOT of work.
@@Over-mh3wr Guess it's just a honeymoon period for me then, it's something completely new so it's refreshing to play. I play on PC so that helps too and it's very smooth to me now, it was horrible during launch but now it's very stable.

my gacha rate of this game sucks, I got Kaguya in pity and maybe also the same for Chenxing cuz Im currently in 40/80 It was never bad in the other games :/
I lost 50/50 on both kaguya and Chenxing at pity ~70 with both 5 star being dupes. I have the same luck as in HSR and Genshin so it checks out for me :)

tbh i don't really consider the gameplay to be fun, most of the time it's just "shoot it until it dies"
