I’ve never even heard of this movie before, and since it kept popping up on my recommended feed I decided to check it out.
And I’m kinda blown away! The constant twists were so great. I never knew where the story was going to go next.
Big Nothing is one of the best comedy crime movies I've ever watched! Not a single boring moment. And what an ending; what goes around comes around! A very clever movie! Well done to all involved! Keep making such movies. I love watching them!

I am a big fan of David Schwimmer . I dated a guy that looks and even has the same soft voice when I was in high school. They say everyone has a twin. He went to Vietnam and when he came back he was not the same. He suffered a lot from PDS and over dosed on drugs. I always think about him everytime I see David brings back so many fond memories ❤❤❤

Comedy with criminal activity that will have you gripped. Amazing characters portrayed by a wonderful feast of brilliant actors. Underrated movie. One of my top films this year. Wonderfully directed and produced. Great twists. Highly recommend.

The film is absolutely great! The story line is superb and the acting first class. Hats off to Schwimmer, Pegg and Eve - what a trio infernale! "Big Nothing" belongs to one of those films which have the stuff to turn into a classic!

This is a very good movie. Every character has a distinct personality. There are many plot twists that keep you entertained. Great job! 4.5/5 stars!
I loved this film. That sure Sounded like Matthew Broderick on the answering machine.
Kind of starts to drag in the second half but the first half and especially 23:00-39:00 is perfection.
This is so "Twin Peaks -Liquid Sky -Lynch- Tarantino- Rocky Horror- Pulp Fiction " -ish ..... Crazy, cool, fun . Great job! Something to enjoy over & over again! Thanks!

TBH I thought this was going to be rubbish but it's actually a very briiliant offbeat comedy, I was giggling all the way through and the twists keep me wondering what's going to happen next. Perfectly cast too.
Man this stuff is brilliant.... More entertaining and well played more than a dozen of some famous crime movies.
The Treatment of the idea about ordinary people becoming criminals is a slippery and dangerous slide to either boring or cliche.... But this one is genius

David Schwimmer is killing me. He has that Friends way of reacting when things go wrong. Putting the preacher in the septic tank thinking he was dead just to find out he isn't is classic. Handcuffed and gotta pee. The people who come up with this stuff. The phone call to the deputy. This movie is in a class by itself

Great movie. Lot of fun twists, no cliche's, no plot holes to ruin the experience. Liked all the characters, too.

Jesus, I actually found this fucking weird gem! Haven't seen this movie in almost 20 years!!
16-year-old me didn't quite know what to make of a film where all of the main characters ended up dead by the end, after leaving an almost literal trail of bodies behind them. I don't think I fully appreciated the humour at the time.
But man, watching it again, this is the definition of a cult classic film!! It is absolutely brilliant in its chaotic pacing!

@@dottydolly4223 hot fuzz one of a few English movies but Simon made a name for himself in an popular English sitcom which I believe he also wrote called “Spaced” in the early 2000s

One of the crazier movies you'll ever see
a good time was had by all. Saw this twice in 3 months...i rarely can watch any film even one time. Every 5 minutes the plot gets thicker and surprisingly good

I'm only watching this b/c of Elliott Smith's 1997 song "The Big Nothing." Then I was reading thru the comments here and everyone seems to really like this movie, I'm seeing the word "underrated" being used to describe it quite a bit... Not sure I'm gonna agree with that after watching for 30 minutes, but, hey, to each their own...
Speaking of underrated, Elliott's song is great, and he's a massively underrated musician, give a listen if you haven't already 💜

Schwimmer is a very, very good actor. He seems to show up in projects that his buddies want to make. He is supporting small films and new directors? Really wish he would extend himself and take on more ambitious projects.
I'd never heard of this until randomly seeing this pop up. I especialy love the soundtrack.
I've a great love for this film since I found it on some seedy DVD seller back in 2007 and saw Simon Pegg in the cover.
Since I loved him in Shaun of the Dead, I picked it up and this dark comedy film instantly became a niche favorite of mine.
Much better than I imagined
Haven't watched it yet but that movie looks pretty cool : more than one Local H songs + Baxter Dury for the end credits, a film that ends like this deserves quite an attentive viewing. Also, speaking about the soundtrack, the song at 01:16:00 is great too ! Pegg/Schwimmer can only be an interesting and funny duo and with Alice Eve to complete this must be a real cool cinematic trio.
