As for the 11D scaling for Zamasu it depends on if you find Koyamas statements of the afterlife surpassing the totality of dimensionality valid or not which would put him beyond 11D. It's okay to not use those statements but there's nothing in the series that directly condridicts them so they are valid for use.
Tyranids have a chance if they can eat one saiyan, but then Again, since like most saiyans can blow up planets and that's the most efficient way to get rid of the tyranids. I don't think they would have very bad chances against them
