к тому же струя опилок летит обрезчику в еблет (6.23),,стоит труба для подключения техпылесоса но его нет и скорей всего не будет а ето значит за смену там камаз опилок придётся уберать руками и тачками вывозить на улицу..зато всем выдали комбезы новые которые после видео отберут..и оператору нахуя перчатки кнопки тыцкать..ещё бы шубенки выдали

Hi Buddy, You sent me a price and I cannot find it, I have been battling in court with the town because they are refusing a permit to build another Building for this machine, for me I cannot understand because I have 106 acres and they are screaming this is on the ocean and not for development for industries, so as we fight, this virus has come up and now 3/4 of the town is out of work and lost their jobs so this may be a game changer for me, I wanted to tell you your shipping prices for each container were very expensive and some where the numbers had to come down, we will see as we have another court date in the beginning of August so who knows what is going to come down at that meeting but I know the men in town are making with the comments toward the town so this is a good thing!

I see several problems. One, it's big but it's slow by definition - you simply can't cut timber quickly with a band saw. Second, the operator rides the saw. Why? Why waste kilowatts of energy to transport 60-80kg back and forth all day? And third, all this "automation" will only get in the way. The only thing that MAY be necessary is electric drive for the saw frame, that's all. Everything else is just unnecessary toys that make the whole thing more expensive. You can easily move the boards through the mill on rollers (unless ALL your exmployees are 12-year-old boys). This is just a glorified wood-mizer.
Hello Maloy7800 I am in Africa and active into export of Rough Cut (some bark-on) square edged Hardwood logs. Now I like to venture into SPF softwood logs (similar sort). If you watch this video from 08.00 to 09.07 "making of Prism" you will know what I actually want to do. Not this much finished but some quick cuts which can turn a round into square edged. For this project, I selected British Columbia as the area is highly blessed with SPF and other types of wood species. You seem to be an experienced person in saw-milling so I seek your advice for an economical hydraulic and semi fast sawmill through which I could manage to finish at least 2 - 3 / 20 Foot Container loads on daily basis. The size of such square logs can be starting from 8 x 8, 10 x 10 and onward with minimum length of 9 feet each. What could be your choice of machine for this work ? Efficient with low maintenance, Productive and within decent price range. New or semi used. Thanks a lot.

band saws are actually quite faster than a circle saw for sawing timber, less kerf= less resistance while in the cut. I generally feed 250- 300 ft/min on a 7' double cut.

My plan is to make rough cut Pine and Spruce Logs primarily and afterward I may embark on standardized board lumbering. I need to know about best and optimum machinery in budget price plus the number of labor to be involved in making four to five 20 Foot containers per day. It will be rough cut square edged logs of 9 feet in length with some bark on at the edges of square or rectangular pieces. For a operation this size this mill is way too slow. I was a sawyer for years and ran a headrig, 900 logs a day with half the man power. This is not a efficiently mill at all.
плохо продумана вся система, много ручного труда при такой механизации. человек на циркулярной пиле постоянно встаёт что бы дотянуться до ручки пилы. это самый большой пробел а по меньше можно при желании найти с десяток.
Автоматизация должна быть и в подаче на обрез и обрез, и лазерная мерка по длине-Этот станок уже устарел по логистике и автоматике ! На крупных заводах уже давно обрабатывают длинные и тяжёлые заготовки из кругляка и квадрата где сталь от марок Ст.3 - Ст.50ХМФ . Хотя-бы там бы скопировали техпроцесс и "мозги" !!!

Думаю в Европе его цена уже не кажется заоблачной, плюс государство даёт кредит почти без процентов. Почему бы не поработать с удовольствием.
