@@stevethea5250 Yes, a business account should work as well. I assume you are referring to Google Apps for Business. In that case, there is also an Gsuite Sync for Outlook. In that case, you download the GSuite utility, click Add user and login with your business email and it will create a profile. This will also sync. your calendar as well. The downside is that this needs to be done first in Outlook prior to adding other accounts.
If you have 2 step verification, you must generate a password for the app. Its under "App Passwords" It is very difficult to find without a search and then clicking on links. You will get asked to enter user name/password and then can manage app passwords. Made difficult on purpose.
