I enjoy your voice & guidance, but didn’t love the background music as much this time. For me it was too upbeat and prevented me from dropping in more deeply. I like more calming & less percussive music in my meditation time. Something to consider moving forward. Thank you 🙏🏼 I appreciate what you’re offering.
This music, with its beat, was too distracting. It wasn't calming. I felt annoyed and had a hard time staying focused on your words and on my heart. I ended up turning it off before the end.
Maybe try the Radiate meditation first? The soundtrack is ...quieter?... less energizing This one became a full-on movement meditation for me, and my body is wide awake and aligned too. Doing the two one after the other, Radiate first, then Change, is profoundly liberating.
