    I bought the 2.25 one step looper and I am thrilled! I’ve already made 3 bracelets! I also made a clasp like yours, looks amazing and didn’t think I’d ever be able to make something so pretty. I think you are the only one I’ve seen who uses a long piece of wire and just keep cutting off it. Really minimizes the wire you waste. Thank you very very much for your video!

    I don't think I would worry about closing the loop as I make the bead, if I just have to open it again to put them together. Would that save you a step? Just wondering...

    Thank you for this lovely tutorial. I was watching it as I was having a screaming headache. Please make sure u see a neurologist to be checked for brain tumor because just 6 months ago I had surgery for a 5.3 cm minginoma. Not wishing that on anyone so get checked, please. Bracelet is just lovely.
    Best of luck to you and ur channel.

      I’ve had many MRIs for my migraines and luckily there wasn’t a brain tumor. I get checked periodically for them if my neurologist feels there is a reason for an MRI. I’m sorry you went through that! I can’t imagine what you’ve been through with that. I’m glad you enjoyed the tutorial! I’m planning to start posting regularly next month.

    I am so thankful for your video. ❤ I just bought all 3 loopers and had no idea I was using them all wrong. I was only making loops for one side of my bead because I didn't realize there was a hole to run the wire through the looper to create the loop on the other side of the bead. I feel a bit silly not realizing that, but thanks to your video I am now using it properly! 😍

    I bought a 1.5mm one step looper and I’ve had a lot of trouble getting nice loops from it. I want to get the 2.25mm because I feel like that’s the size I make more, but I don’t know why I’m not getting loops out of my tool. I don’t usually work with thick wire. I work more with head pins and eye pins. I’m guessing it was made more for thicker wire. Thanks for the video! If you have any tips for this tool, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

    Really pretty beads. Thank for making this video. You are right that there are not many videos out there on these one step loopers. Right now i only have the 1.50mm. I want the 2.25mm one. Great video!

      @@JenniferCrum78 Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing this link. I received mine today and am favorably impressed. I liked the Apple version, but just did not think that it was worth the price. I recently bought a silver stainless Series 7 and this silver mesh band looks great with it. It has a strong magnet, fits well and is secure. I have only worn it for the last hour, but I think that it will be comfy.
      Thanks again! S.N.

    Let me ask you what wire gauge should I be using that’s good for brackets

    • @JenniferCrum78
      @JenniferCrum78  Год назад +1

      I’m not sure what you mean by brackets. For bracelets, if the wire will fit through the hole of the bead, I like to use 18 gauge. For 4-6mm beads, I typically use 20 gauge. That the smallest gauge typically use for bracelets.

    ? In using the looper how loose should the bead be

    • @JenniferCrum78
      @JenniferCrum78  Год назад

      I always push the beads to the edge of the looper tool before closing it. It may not close all the way, but if you take your pliers and bend it around, I’ve found it doesn’t distort the loop as much. Overall, you want your beads to have just the room they need.

    • @JenniferCrum78
      @JenniferCrum78  Год назад +2

      It’s an autoimmune disorder. Sometimes my hands get sore, but overall, it’s pretty well controlled with medication. I’ve found that making jewelry and using copper cored wire really helps my hands to stay strong and limber.
