His sportsmanship and professionalism is only rivaled by his status as the best golfer of his time if not all time and his dedication and love for his family. A true role model. Thank you Mr. Nicklaus.
I have tried different lessons and was not able to improve my game. Only after watching Golf My Way, I have improvement and see a hope. Thank you so much Sir!
Thanks a lot for these uploads, Jack. I really appreciate the info in small bites. You sure put a beautiful move on the ball! Last time I saw you was at Pebble in '93! Phil's rookie year.
I have been playing for ten years and never thought of looking at Jack’s video’s - I have already improved my power and accuracy almost immediately- great way to keep your mind on simple but very helpful instruction- love the lower body philosophy it really helps me naturally get to my left side and use right arm for power and accuracy- AWESOME STUFF - makes sense to me why he is the BEST PERIOD
This 4 minutes video is the Holy grail of all golf videos. It's incredible that it exists. If one understands that, one is able to play from 36 hcp to below 9 in short period of time. (Hitting well with solid contact).
Greatest swing in the history of the game (and least damaging to the body), yet it’s no longer taught as part of modern day golf instruction... madness !
The most important and valuable thing I learned from his book is the importance of what you do before you start your swing. He said if he got all those things right even a so-so swing would get him on the green.
I’ll never understand why so few people refer to this instruction series ..high quality content from ‘the greatest authority of the golf game... meanwhile millions will flock towards the instruction so called RUclips sensations...
Last time i tried following jacks tips i really struggled with the “ head still” “ one swing for all clubs” philosophy . I guess i wasnt good enough myself to get it back then . Thats the problem with golf , your always working on the wrong things at the wrong time .
My hubby and says I have your swing style, I understand the casting because I feel I do that. How do you move left on the top of the swing? You move your wrist more left?
Also -- what he leaves out -- is weight is in your heels. When you take it back feel the weight go into your right heel -- when you start downswing your weight transfers to left heel. HEELS are were you want weight --- look at Mickey Wright Swing she does it great.
The key that he leaves out when he says release -- is that he does not mean UNCOCKING your wrist -- you HOLD the wrist angle. How do you do that? This is what 99% of golfers get wrong. You hold the angle of your wrist by turning your knuckles on your left hand as you start down swing. Literally a slight turn of wrist down.
@@dsc-nr5zy the club head back into a swing arc where he can let the momentum go and just counter it. It’s the slight internal rotation of the trail arm and returning towards the chest of the lead arm that gives the club its head, and keeping it in front of us so that we counter the momentum of the club and essentially turn with it as it travels in an arc requiring little effort to square the face as the face is square to the arc.
He DOES mean to start uncocking the wrists from the top! He says it's impossible to release too soon as long as you move your weight left. Too many people hold that wrist cock too long and lose clubbed speed.
I read that book cover to cover many times, and man it makes the golf swing the equivalent of rocket science. In retrospect, it's just horribly written.
The ultimate swing secret is revealed! Hands release at the top and hips release at the bottom in sync through impact (clubhead release and ball release)!
I'll take free lessons from the greatest of all times any day of the week. Thank you, Mr. Nicklaus.
They weren’t supposed to be free
@@grillbuster1519 well, if it makes you feel any better I actually bought the book.

Love these vintage, no BS, instruction vids from the GOAT. How cool would it be to recreate them with modern shot tracking and high definition?
Great tips from the greatest golfer ever!
Best instruction out there No fixer tips. Just really good instruction. Really helped me

You can tell he has a hard time swinging the club the wrong way in the first 2 shots.
Move to the left side.
