I highly recommend the movie! My daughter and I saw it at an almost empty theater March 13th right before things closed down. Much respect to Jeremy and his family. When I read the book I Still Believe the one thing that stood out was something Jeremy’s dad said, “Life is hard but God is good”. I know it’s a simple phase but it has helped me a couple times over the last few years. I met Jeremy in Medford at a meet and greet and he is a genuinely nice and humble young man. So enjoy the podcast and it is like spending time with family, well I guess we really all are ✝️

Our friends made the "I Still Believe" movie, my parents were in a Chruch Small Group with them when the Erwin Brothers used to live in Alabama,
I have loved Jeremy’s music for years. His story broke my heart. I watched the interview of the preview they did as a family and his daughters responses were so sweet.
Me and my husband just got thru watching it. It was really good! God was really speaking to me thru her story. You guys are always teaching me thru these podcasts, you are a true blessing! Even when I don’t see, I still believe! God bless! ❤️
I watched the Movie I Still Believe TODAY!! If you can watch it without touching your heart ❤ then u must be made of stone. BEAUTIFUL MOVIE!!! Definitely life altering!! I cried during the whole movie!! God Bless EVERYONE!!!

We'll watch the movie tonight. We watched Torch Bearer this past Friday night. Phil is an awesome narrator. Great documentary. I really enjoy everything Phil. I'm way behind in watching and got to this one today, when I got home I rented the movie.......The way God wove that story, I'm unashamed that I cried the whole time..

I agree w/you about hunting in that as a former trap shooter, my biggest concern was always going to the line with someone who is unsafe and ignorant of a gun.

I just watched the trailer for "I still Believe" I was in tears just from that. I will be renting it today. I have faced so many health issues for many years and only 47. I am disabled but I have been able to help so many in deep depression from their health issues by just talking to them. She is so right in the movie when she said if she could change one person's life then it's worth it. I always stay positive, take one day at a time, try and help as many as I can to realize their disabilities should not make them depressed and that we can still live a full happy life because God always has our backs and no matter what to never lose our faith! God Bless all of you 🙏

Loved Jeremy’s movie and his music. I was also shocked ya’ll mentioned Bakersfield, my home town, but have been a Texan for the past 25 yrs. no desire to go back to CA. Great show even though i’m a year late seeing this.
Thanks for the movie recommendation! I have two young daughters, and anything we can do to keep them in the word helps. I wanted to mention another show I saw recently that I think you should watch as well. It's a web/app based series called "The Chosen" following the life of Jesus. Someone would have to set Phil up on this one...
There's only one season (8 eposodes) right now but it's incredibly done. I hope you see this comment and give it a watch to give them more publicity to spread the word!

Hey Jase. Here's a crazy, true story.
I helped out a friend and was cleaning their daycare for awhile several years ago. I had been in and out of one room, and passed it, for hours, and it was dead quiet. Around 2:00 am, all of a sudden I heard music playing and it was coming from that room. They had it on a contemporary gospel channel on a CD player. I was always happy they were all believers there. The song playing caught my ear, but was ending. I later called the national radio station and asked them what it was and hummed the tune. He said it sounds like "Same Power by Jeremy Camp". I loved it.
Fast forward another year or so and I got my elderly mother a new CD player. I was checking the CD, radio, etc., to make sure it all worked and turned on the radio. You guessed it, Same Power was playing.
You can't make up a "God thing". :)

In the Central Valley of CA (where I live...includes Bakersfield, Modesto), during dove season kids would skip school to go hunting with their dads. It's not like that with all kids but there's plenty of farm kids. Unfortunately we're sort of controlled politically in CA by the north and south big cities.

With all due respect, your father is in 70s. When he asked how to ask how to get to the movie "i still believe", you cut him off. One of you said, "in the real world...people KNOW how to get it.." Your audience probably has a lot of people who are not computer savy. Especially eldery folks who deserve our respect. He taught you how to shoot. Teach him how to pull up that movie. Unashamed though one of the most Arrogant and Prideful group of supposed Christian's yet to be made a public spectacle of. Phil for some reason cannot stop talking about All of His Accomplishments. As in his education, sport's heroics, and on and on. I never see them Sharing There Bounty with the Widow's and Orphans, the Helpless and Hopeless. Lot's of Toy's Everywhere, as I wonder when they ever got time to actually Work.
