Good job👍 I actually was looking at this property as well. When the agent told me someone made an offer, I dropped out straight away. It is a great location for HMO. Well done. 😉
Hi there ..... Fab project , you two are very inspirational ,great to see the new breed upping the standard and style which will only lead to better rents and reputation of hmo's...... Paul
Absolutely lovely finish. We'll done guys. Would be interested in more details if you are willing to share. Also any links to the kitchen lights and wall tiles? Love them
Thanks Dominic! More details can be found here: www.insidepropertyinvesting.com/8-bedroom-commercial-to-hmo-conversion/ Kitchen lights are from eBay, just search "Edison chandelier" and the tiles are from "CTD tiles".
Cracking project. Looks like you did a great job. You're providing a lot of useful content and deserve more subs. Keep up the good work! Out of interest, what did you do about business rates whilst waiting for planning/change of use?
Sorry, totally forgot to publish the article! Its up now and can be found here: www.insidepropertyinvesting.com/8-bedroom-commercial-to-hmo-conversion/
Don't mind at all, we started with very little/no real capital. If you look back at previous videos, we have one called "10 ways to fund your next property" and that touches on how we got started. Mike left first and my salary supported us both, and then I left once we had a few HMOs up and running.
Inside Property Investing p.s don’t suppose you’d be brave enough to say the actual figure you started with? Sorry to be cheeky 🙂 it’s just someone’s “little/no” could be different from another’s!
This looks absolutely stunning. Fair play guys! Some lucky tenants!
Inspiring Project Well done :)
im only 19 and have got property course events lined up. This video just makes me want to get started straight away!!!

What Type of wood/timber did you use for the office wall and around the fireplace?
Hi. Hope you don’t mind me asking.... But how much capital did you have initially to start in property and leave your old jobs behind?
Don't mind at all, we started with very little/no real capital. If you look back at previous videos, we have one called "10 ways to fund your next property" and that touches on how we got started. Inside Property Investing good on you both!!! I’m in the process of selling my company and plan to move some of the funds in to additional property...
