Even ppl called them 'monster performance', 'queen of synchronization', and when some trainee need to cover their dance, they prefer to choose other one than gfriend song bcs of dance and power vocal.
They didn't win all those best new female group awards in 2015 for nothing. They have the full package despite being a new idol group at that time. They definitely set the bar wayyy higher. Btw, they got all of the best rookie group award in every year-end award show in 2015 (Melon, Golden Disc, Gaon, Seoul Music Awards) except for Mnet.

Moving every single second from their spot to the other and that is amazing 😂 Also you missed something that there are 6 members not 5
Also something that is often overlooked which makes it even harder for them is that there are some big height differences in the group. Like it's constantly blowing my mind how Sowon blends in even when she is next to Eunha. Everyone can't just do the same move the same way because then it will look out of sync.
'White' dance practice is also a must watch dp. Please eventhough it has no music video. They are so cute and carefree in there, synchronization is well evident along with their little cute movements.

Also, idk if you're familiar with the 2x dance segment on Weekly Idol but Gfriend actually started it when a fan called in and said Gfriend is so synchronised they could probably still dance well at twice the speed and they pulled it off! It became a huge famous segment. Their choreography and synchronisation really got them noticed but Gfriend is also known in Korea for being genuine, kind, hard working and constantly improving their vocals to be a top vocal group. So if you get overwhelmed by demands, please don't think badly of us {Buddys} it's just that so little appreciation and so much hate is targeted towards Gfriend for no reason and we love seeing ppl finally realising the truth about them. 💙💜💙

Well Glass bead. They practiced it for almost a year. Since their debut got postponed. And the other girls who supposed to be part of Gfriend leaves. Since they dont have a permanent choreographer. The choreographer will just teach the dance in just a day and the girls will practice by themselves all day. In 2 days they perfectly in sync. They worked as a group and never outshined each other. Their strength is Teamwork rather than individual skills.

Yesterday I watched Knowing Brothers episode with GFriend. I like these girls a lot, their personalities, their dances but sadly not the music :( It's not my type. But I haven't heard everything from them yet.

rocker eunha my favorite group is Red Velvet, but they do all kinds of types of music. Lately I started to like R’n’B and hip-hop more. But I will go through GFriend’s discography because I like them a lot as persons.
They do practices 3x a day but every 1x time is 7x doing the choreo I mean 6x choreo and the 7 one is choreo with them singing so in a day they do 21x 😊 hard working girls from a small company... Oh and they do also in their practice slow and fast so they can be still synchronized...

Furthermore, I realized on their music composition, chord progression and album production was very good. very different from the kpop group in general. I hope they can be more appreciated.
