their dancing is no joke, it is strong yet delicate, their choreo is pure art an tells it own story, they used to train 10 hours a day, now they have it down to 2 3 hours with the same result, have fun enjoy buddies talented angels, an their is 6 of them

You will know what kind of level synchronization they are in, when the reactor himself is looking for delay and misstep in their choreo. Their commitment, their determination, the fire in their eyes of hard works wanting to debut so badly when their company is almost on jeopardy forcing their CEO to make the last gamble decision to montage his own house in order to fund GFriend into the market and put faith on 6 talented girls and in return they trained so hard that as you can see when they dance, they move like a unit this is some shaolin level right here!

I always remember the hardships they facing right before debut and look at them now.... I have to say that I'm glad that I am a BUDDY! There's no regret in stanning these talented queens!
Even ppl called them 'monster performance', 'queen of synchronization', and when some trainee need to cover their dance, they prefer to choose other one than gfriend song bcs of dance and power vocal.

They didn't win all those best new female group awards in 2015 for nothing. They have the full package despite being a new idol group at that time. They definitely set the bar wayyy higher.
Btw, they got all of the best rookie group award in every year-end award show in 2015 (Melon, Golden Disc, Gaon, Seoul Music Awards) except for Mnet.
Yumo freaking out about how good these dances are, me: "this isn't even Gfriend's final form (2 times speed dances & upcoming dances, etc.)" lol.
I'm glad your coming to see what all of us see in Gfreind, they deserve so much more appreciating as they are realllyyyyyy underrated for how amazing they actually are. BUTTTT no hate of course, it just means when someone finally gives them a chance they question why they took so long to let Gfriend into their life. Can't want to continue to see you discover more about Gfriend and see you to freak out EVEN more just like I have thru my Gfriend journey :)
Edit: I just remembered! they also did part of one of their choreos BLIDFOLDED, thats how good they are! lol
Thats why they are the best sync dance 😂 there is a rumour that they practise 6 month before they debut and their early comeback.. the other reason is they are always checking their movement angle especially their main dancer, SINB always checking their dance
Also they are known for difficult dance and complex dance because if u notice they are using so many formation and transition. Moving every single second from their spot to the other and that is amazing 😂

Also something that is often overlooked which makes it even harder for them is that there are some big height differences in the group. Like it's constantly blowing my mind how Sowon blends in even when she is next to Eunha. Everyone can't just do the same move the same way because then it will look out of sync.
How is it? You like it right? GFRIEND is full of talent but they are so underated in other top tier group coz they are from small comapany like BTS but now they are growing bigger from their hardwork, training over and over again and make their company succsessfull.. And now their company marge with BigHit and become a part from BigHit Labels. Also their CEO is a bestfriend a long long ago.. I dont know what i want to say lol
Im just too happy because you maybe gonna join to Buddy(fandom of GFRIEND) and yeahh i can see you already fall into GFRIEND ahahaha im sure you not gonna regret it. Im also fans of Red Velvet.. So im waiting for you GFRIEND and Red Velvet content.

'White' dance practice is also a must watch dp. Please eventhough it has no music video. They are so cute and carefree in there, synchronization is well evident along with their little cute movements.

When you said Rough is different level. Yes you truly correct. Rough is masterpieces. The song with a lot of achievement. LEGENDS
As a 6 member girl group, they really showcase everyone well which I think is really amazing. They have beautiful choreo to match how the song feels as well!
As other people are mentioning, their 2x speed dance- on weekly idol back in 2016 Gfriend were the ones who created the famous segment on weekly idol about dancing to their song at 2x the speed with Rough! They also did that in 2018 with their title song ‘Time For The Moon Night’ and made a segment popular called the rollercoaster dance which is where the song will change speed randomly from going slow to normal to fast!
Gfriend are reportedly coming back in July too! And they’ve all changed their hair colours!

And for their 2019 summer comeback with Fever they put Flower as a Korean version on the Mini Album and performed that as their side track on music shows :)

Gfriend are known for their knife like and synchronization choreo! They changed people's wrong idea that girl groups don't have hard choreos!

Thank you so much! Gfriend really put in the work to get where they are. Also, idk if you're familiar with the 2x dance segment on Weekly Idol but Gfriend actually started it when a fan called in and said Gfriend is so synchronised they could probably still dance well at twice the speed and they pulled it off! It became a huge famous segment.
Their choreography and synchronisation really got them noticed but Gfriend is also known in Korea for being genuine, kind, hard working and constantly improving their vocals to be a top vocal group.
So if you get overwhelmed by demands, please don't think badly of us {Buddys} it's just that so little appreciation and so much hate is targeted towards Gfriend for no reason and we love seeing ppl finally realising the truth about them. 💙💜💙

Well Glass bead. They practiced it for almost a year. Since their debut got postponed. And the other girls who supposed to be part of Gfriend leaves. Since they dont have a permanent choreographer. The choreographer will just teach the dance in just a day and the girls will practice by themselves all day. In 2 days they perfectly in sync. They worked as a group and never outshined each other. Their strength is Teamwork rather than individual skills.
Just continue and i believe you will love more and more this girls bro 🙂

GFRIEND QUEEN DANCER IN KPOP
Yesterday I watched Knowing Brothers episode with GFriend. I like these girls a lot, their personalities, their dances but sadly not the music :( It's not my type. But I haven't heard everything from them yet.
What kind music you like? Maybe you can find it in their b-side songs or later comebacks... they do a this similar concept in 2015-2016 but they changed it slowly
rocker eunha my favorite group is Red Velvet, but they do all kinds of types of music. Lately I started to like R’n’B and hip-hop more. But I will go through GFriend’s discography because I like them a lot as persons.

their 2x speed dance is a must watch! Fun fact is that they're were challenged to do this through a fan call. The caller want to see if they would remained synchronized despite of the change of speed and they nailed it.

I remember watching their appearance on a show called “Showtime” and they talked about dance practice. They said that they practice each part like the intro, each verse, the chorus, etc about six times in a row without stopping. Also, SinB looks over their dancing and gives points on what to fix or change as they practice.

They are Queen of Vocal and Choreography
They do practices 3x a day but every 1x time is 7x doing the choreo I mean 6x choreo and the 7 one is choreo with them singing so in a day they do 21x 😊 hard working girls from a small company...
Oh and they do also in their practice slow and fast so they can be still synchronized...
GFriend is really ahead of their time. These dances were aging like fine wine!
