I had no idea that this is how Lincoln is set up but I applaud and support it completely. I own and use four of their welders as a small entrepreneur with my own welding business. You better believe, I DON’T get paid if I don’t work either! If I want to make more, I have to work more. The way it ought to be.
So proud to say my son just got hired at Lincoln Electric and its interesting they're still doing as promised. Job for life, excellent wages and annual bonuses.
I worked for Lincoln from 1989 to 2005, then worked for one of their distributors. Lincoln is a rare world dominator &, to this day, one of the truly great manufacturers on the globe. Albeit, it's only for certain type personality types that thrive in a very competitive atmosphere.
