De LaSalle is not an Island school, just so you know, as mentioned in a subs comment below, it's a school in South Auckland which is mostly where Pacific Islander's live, Its actually a Christian
/Catholic School, there are plenty of college's in the South Auckland area. that have a lot of mixed race's.
Bro every secondary school has it's own uniform. Those kids are proud to wear there schools colours and represent their school wearing their schools colours. College here is what you guys call high school

The school is probably a Catholic oriented school. As the Polynesians are good Catholics they mostly all go to Catholic schools. And this school is probably in South Auckland as well
