Will definitely give this a download when I'm not at work. One of the only Mugens I've ever seen that doesn't look like a complete mess. Only a few characters/stages/effects look out of place but generally it all looks pretty solid and looks nice together so nice work!
This is the greatest Street Fighter 2 game. Hope PS4 and Xbox One creates this kind of game soon so everyone can play all those characters and see their endings.

Absolutely stellar guitar work. Just when I kept waiting for it to loop or for the guitarist to start repeating parts, (s)he kept pulling more shit out of their bag of tricks. Harmonies, trills, legato, tap legato...shit, the only thing I could think to add would've been a brief sweeping section but this is damn near perfect regardless. Anyone else get a Tornado of Souls vibe from this?

May as well add Mortal Kombat, Darkstalkers, Clayfighter, X-Men COTA/Marvel Super Heroes, Street Fighter Alpha, Killer Instinct, and MMPB/PF characters as well. * What about Streets of Rage, TMNT Tournament Fighters, and Kaiser Knuckle?
I think the Deluxe version should be characters from 1st generation 2D genre games such as SSF2, WH 2 Jets, Fatal fury 2, 3 & special, AOF 2 & 3, Samurai Shodown 1, 2,3 & 4, Saturday night slam master, karnov Revenge, Dark Stalker, Fight Fever, breakers, Eye of the typhoon, TNMT. Characters from SF1 looks so weird when put together with other versions.

I like this a lot, it needs a more uniform 16bit style though. Sodom should be switched for the Final Fight Version. Same with Hugo probably.
