Here's a video by G4mingWithJJ showing all those trucks: ruclips.net/video/VnIb76M2YeA/видео.html - K700 & K7M are kind of nerfed as they now have switchable AWD & Diff compared to always On AWD & Diff like they had before PTS update#1: - Earthroamer SX colorful paints are removed as per EarthRoamer comany request & they're now better more subtle colors. - Earthromer SX now has better balance, more fuel capacity and even option to add fuel & repair in camper body. - EarthRoamer LXi also has more fuel capacity but no fuel & repair in camper & auto winch as of now. - Various improvements to Rezvani Tank DLC like switchable AWD, roof winch point & improved stock tires, etc. PTS update#3: - Both Earthroadmer are now in almost final stage with autowinch on both as well as decent fuel & repair points. - Various small fixes to existing vehicles
As an Austrian, I find it really nice that a map of Austria has come and is also very true to the original But a Man Trucks dlc would be cool I mean we already have Tatra as a European manufacturer in the game

The only things I am curious about is the 'radar-scout-addon' and the logging tractor with his crane... and maybe the castles. Farming and the good infrastructure don't mind me at all.
They could have used the opportunity to give us more European based trucks - Volvo, Iveco, MAN, Scania, Mercedes, Renault. Two more tractors, which is okay i guess, but additional scouts that are practically the same thing? Damn, i feel robbed.
Hardly dislike camper-trucks and switch-difflock for Kirovets K700 (it's really bad nerf). Also very pity, that there is no Unimog or Pinzgauer... But new tractors looks good and capable. Maps also seem cute and interesting.
@@EricCorrea-nx7lb maybe it helps K7M, but K700 already have decent turning. So without always On-difflock, K700 will lose medium speed at offroad! Before K700 could roll faster than most of trucks and heavy.
The camper vans look interesting but I don't think we needed two, one would have been enough with more customization and then they could have given us an european truck instead like a Unimog or something.

I love seeing that Austrian maps made it to SnowRunner but as a Austrian i would have liked more of Austrian brands like Steyr for the tractors or trucks. For example like a "Steyr 8170" as a tractor or a "Steyr 991" as a truck. But still nice additions.
Well, now when they had finally broke into the "civilized" part of Europe, I hope that they will add some propper mountain region such as Tatra mountains in Slovakia, Krkonoše in Czechia, etc..., where I could imagine a great setup of running a ski areal with cottages to accomodate people/ etc... There could easily be new cargo, some could return, snow after a break.... I really hope we will see something like that!

Tatra Phoenix is a rebadged MAN product but I get your point. I’m assuming a lot of those licenses cannot be done due to this Ukraine war bs and they’re just trying to play it safe for now. Hopefully in the future, but will definitely be an independent dlc instead of included in a map dlc due to the fact the vehicle models wouldn’t be available in the Eastern Bloc.

Still waiting to see eurotrucks get added. For those who dont know part of the reason they use cabovers there and not front engine like america is because of the small and narrow roads they have in europe. Would be cool to see a map in a rural part of the UK where thr roads are too narrow for large trucks, leaving you to rely on scouts and eurotrucks

An offroad capable truck with a built in radar so we don't have to deal with that damn radar trailer anymore. Yeah I'd reconsider your definition of useless. So far the Earthroamers looks like they could be some of, maybe the best scouts in the game. I do agree it's odd we get 2 when they both look so alike though.

There is absolutely little fuel for portability, I thought the radar was powered by solar panels, BUT no... the consumption comes from 80 liters. tank, which is completely unacceptable! Spare parts and wheels are also missing, while the "valyashka" is still the same. And, yes: there is no autonomous winch for scouts
Then what's the point of portability if you still have to carry ballast in the form of a tank. It would be cool for him to have his tank enlarged and work on solar panels, which is not in any of the modifications of the community
You can easily pull scout fuel trailer with them, they are basically trucks so scout trailer is almost like no load them... with that trailer you would easily scan whole region.... keep in mind this is PTS...so they may modify them later.... purpose of solar panel odd still not defined yet
@@Tikhon0FF the radar is built into the truck so you can carry cargo or fuel behind you as needed. Which so far these two trucks are the only ones that can do that. No other scout can do that in the game. In order to compare they will either need to tow a fuel trailer behind the radar trailer or have another truck accompany it for fuel. It could very well be that the solar panels power the amenities inside the camper as a decoration.
On August 10, 2021, the RPG MPV Multi Purpose Vehicle mod was created, which had a sufficient amount of fuel, both in the main tank and in an additional one under the drone radar. Was it that hard to repeat? Powered by solar panels would be a kind of trick, and then I would turn a blind eye to the lack of spare fuel and parts, as well as the high center of gravity, which constantly turns it on its side

I am excited for the scouts they do look amazing not to sure on the 2 new tractors definitely feel like it could have been one truck one tractor but that’s just my opinion. I definitely feel like Austria could be better then farming mission maybe like fixing race tracks or rebuilding old buildings that’s more what I’d like to see from Austria but let me know what you think.
This game desperately needs more heavy duty trucks like cats or fleetstar, challenging and funny providers, not more bullshit scouts nor heavy mastodon easy mode ones.
Man I kinda wish they would add tracked vehicles but then I feel like they would be OP but I think it would be cool and I want to see what the modding community would do with tracks.
I love the change of architecture and scenery, it just makes it feel much more like a different region. Unlike scandinavia which really didn't feel like scandinavia.
I think these scouts are Expeditions assets that got cut since the game is basically done. They dont want to throw away the crews hard work so they flipped the assets to keep things going. I cant wait to use the trucks for exploring. We might see more content leak over from Expeditions but thats ok. I would love to see land anchors and portable bridges show up in SR. If all you do is poo poo the game, the devs will give up on it too. But this new region is beautiful. The new tractors will give me a reason to go back to central asia and finish all those stupid farming missions. I love this game. @SD1ONE Keep up the great work. Love the content.
Looks nice, I hope you enjoyed testing as much as we enjoyed watching. :) Those scouts look like could be good support. I'm thinking the heavy hitch is mostly for blacktop logistics and delivering empty trailers. I really like the centred-axle trailers (I hate tongue weight!). More please. Those tractors have a real Farming Simulator vibe going, always love big old iron. Could be fun to mess around with. At 3:44 you say the Valtra Valmet (Ankatra) struggles towing (and perhaps farming also) but weight was off. Would it be any better with the front weight on to give it more grip? I also noticed you showed both tractors towing in HI gear. Yeah, you're going to get least traction and max spintires. :P
Yeah, I always like trying new stuff in PTS but one thing we all have to keep in mind that this is test version...so everything is subject to change....Regarding Anktra, I think its too small for those heavy farming trailers but again I haven't tried actual farming in that vehicle yet...so it is remain to be seen how good or bad it would be....Don't judge the clips, I use high gear to show fuel consumption & stuff but I did try them in low, auto, etc gears as well.
@@SD1ONE Thanks for reply! For sure everything in PTS can't really be taken at face value, things change all the time. I know you like you keep your clips to a reasonable length (they are right at the sweet spot imho) but would love it if you could show performance under load in those gears. Perhaps as part of the release review or vehicle comparison later? Not complaining at all. In my book you're one of the best 'runner content creators, bringing both level-headed criticism and a touch of sardonic humour to it. Keep it up, I always look forward to you videos.
Shoulda brought in Euro trucks since it's a Euro map. Sure we got a couple tractors out of it but no trucks. Personally I woulda liked to see some more Euro army logistics trucks, like the large MANN trucks or something.

So, I am from Austria and I had always dreamt of an Austrian region in SR and now that becomes a thing, but instead ofd these Erth Roamers they could have just added a Steyr "Puch" Pinzgauer, a old Austrian Military Transporter and a real Off Road Legend, or instead of the Valmet and Claas (From Finland and Germany) a Steyr Tractor from Austria or a Lindner Another Note: As seen in 6:26 there is a white shield with a blue outline on the right side, this is typically Austrian and it shows you the name of the Village that you're currently driving through and that there is a speed limit of 50 km/h

I think that these tractors should have these trailers as exclusive feature because otherwise there is not much sense of them except farming. Yes, they are cool offroaders, but that's all
The only exciting thing about this phase is the map and the tractors themselves, especially because I recognized the tractor that's similar to the Xerion from Farming sim 22. Regardless, if I wanted to farm, thats the game I'd play instead.
I hope the new scouts can be modded, I’d like to see some actual beds on them instead of the campers, there nice and all but they’d be better if we could change it out, the tractors don’t look bad either but I’ll probably never use them
Since it seems like they have the licensing for the earthroamer addons and not the for or chevy trucks they are built on, seems unlikely. I'll just stick to the F750 with the bobble-dar mod lol
i think now we need a chill update next. i finished Amur (season4) 100%, it was, ..... vErY fUn,😑, never again 😂. In the last updated we got huge haulers like Plad, Kenworth, FeMM.... btw we need highway friendly, mostly road maps. i think it would be good. there could be European trucks, like MAN, you know a 6x4 dump truck ( I really love them), Scavia, Volvo... And i think we have eneught scouts. they're the same, and boring most of the time
I think a plow would only work if they make it scripted for a particular section of map for a particular mission....still that won't solve our bad roads issue.
Some people are saying they were originally for snowrunner: expeditions and are being back-ported. Their gimmick is the on-board radar instead of the radar trailer, but i doubt many will use it versus something like the bobble-dar mod

I don't want caravans, you can do the same in a hummvee, having the radar on chassis and towing fuel for the car and radar.... Why don't copy-paste the hummvee from snowrunner?? Also i got to try the tractors, but doesn't look interesting at all
About the all Diff-lock talk in the comments I see.... Here is my rant. Might aswell just remove the option entirely, lets just make all the vehicles AWD and Diff always ON. Lets just ignore the tips from Mudrunner aswell as Snowrunner that mentions Difflock affects turning radius. Like the new Azov Atom, it struggles trough the tighter turns and fully loaded it barely makes the turn on city/town streets. Why cant we just have them switchable and help both worlds? Have never heard of a perm. diff in any truck IRL.
yes but that would require licence from Ford or Chevy... which I think they don't want to do right now because they can't sell those vehicles in east Europe market due to sanctions

Pinzgauer 6x6 or Mercedes Kurtzhauber 6x6 would be mutch better than two tractors.

Blame expeditions. Almost 100% sure they took the earthroamers and put them on snowrunner because expeditions was doing worse than expected.
There will be more in the next seasons as well. I'm sure of it.

There are other trucks that can use the new log trailers according to pts people. Someone made a list on the discord.

I love the change of architecture and scenery, it just makes it feel much more like a different region. Unlike scandinavia which really didn't feel like scandinavia.
Earthroamer X came from a Mod called EarthRunner it was made by JohnJohnJohnHotRod those looked extremely Identical
I think these scouts are Expeditions assets that got cut since the game is basically done. They dont want to throw away the crews hard work so they flipped the assets to keep things going. I cant wait to use the trucks for exploring. We might see more content leak over from Expeditions but thats ok. I would love to see land anchors and portable bridges show up in SR. If all you do is poo poo the game, the devs will give up on it too. But this new region is beautiful. The new tractors will give me a reason to go back to central asia and finish all those stupid farming missions. I love this game.

Those scouts look like could be good support. I'm thinking the heavy hitch is mostly for blacktop logistics and delivering empty trailers. I really like the centred-axle trailers (I hate tongue weight!). More please.
Those tractors have a real Farming Simulator vibe going, always love big old iron. Could be fun to mess around with. At 3:44 you say the Valtra Valmet (Ankatra) struggles towing (and perhaps farming also) but weight was off. Would it be any better with the front weight on to give it more grip?
I also noticed you showed both tractors towing in HI gear. Yeah, you're going to get least traction and max spintires. :P
Yeah, I always like trying new stuff in PTS but one thing we all have to keep in mind that this is test version...so everything is subject to change....Regarding Anktra, I think its too small for those heavy farming trailers but again I haven't tried actual farming in that vehicle yet...so it is remain to be seen how good or bad it would be....Don't judge the clips, I use high gear to show fuel consumption & stuff but I did try them in low, auto, etc gears as well.

I know you like you keep your clips to a reasonable length (they are right at the sweet spot imho) but would love it if you could show performance under load in those gears. Perhaps as part of the release review or vehicle comparison later?

Shoulda brought in Euro trucks since it's a Euro map. Sure we got a couple tractors out of it but no trucks. Personally I woulda liked to see some more Euro army logistics trucks, like the large MANN trucks or something.

They do have decent repair points as well as some fuel too....I think they're nearly in final stage in PTS.
@@SD1ONE so, that means, decent repair points + some fuel + being able to carry bumper hitch full sized trailers could equal f750 1.5 of sorts

Only one thing, at 4:08, I believe we can attach new log trailers to any truck. I did with azov. But not sure if we able to load logs or not.
So, I am from Austria and I had always dreamt of an Austrian region in SR and now that becomes a thing, but instead ofd these Erth Roamers they could have just added a Steyr "Puch" Pinzgauer, a old Austrian Military Transporter and a real Off Road Legend, or instead of the Valmet and Claas (From Finland and Germany) a Steyr Tractor from Austria or a Lindner
Another Note: As seen in 6:26 there is a white shield with a blue outline on the right side, this is typically Austrian and it shows you the name of the Village that you're currently driving through and that there is a speed limit of 50 km/h
so Are there any famous landmarks you spotted on these new maps which as Austrian You may have seen in real life or you're aware of

The only exciting thing about this phase is the map and the tractors themselves, especially because I recognized the tractor that's similar to the Xerion from Farming sim 22. Regardless, if I wanted to farm, thats the game I'd play instead.

i think now we need a chill update next. i finished Amur (season4) 100%, it was, ..... vErY fUn,😑, never again 😂. In the last updated we got huge haulers like Plad, Kenworth, FeMM.... btw we need highway friendly, mostly road maps. i think it would be good. there could be European trucks, like MAN, you know a 6x4 dump truck ( I really love them), Scavia, Volvo...
And i think we have eneught scouts. they're the same, and boring most of the time

I hate that tractors still don't have a plow add-on. To get rid of snow or boulders on a road.
I think a plow would only work if they make it scripted for a particular section of map for a particular mission....still that won't solve our bad roads issue.
I still don't understand what the purpose of these two RVs will be in this game.
Some people are saying they were originally for snowrunner: expeditions and are being back-ported. Their gimmick is the on-board radar instead of the radar trailer, but i doubt many will use it versus something like the bobble-dar mod

Так же и с тракторами, хотя финский довольно необычно выглядящий - пойдет, но второй чуть удобней тракторов с ломаной рамой... ну такое. Честно говоря фермерство - не самое интересное занятие в этой игре. Хотя новые трейлеры для бревен+++ и трактора с манипулятором для бревен это хорошо. Хотя вообще хотелось бы увидеть старых европейских грузовиков...

About the all Diff-lock talk in the comments I see.... Here is my rant.
Might aswell just remove the option entirely, lets just make all the vehicles AWD and Diff always ON. Lets just ignore the tips from Mudrunner aswell as Snowrunner that mentions Difflock affects turning radius.
Like the new Azov Atom, it struggles trough the tighter turns and fully loaded it barely makes the turn on city/town streets. Why cant we just have them switchable and help both worlds? Have never heard of a perm. diff in any truck IRL.
I don’t dislike the van body addon bur they should take this and slam a pick up addon, would be a good scout or exploration vehicle
yes but that would require licence from Ford or Chevy... which I think they don't want to do right now because they can't sell those vehicles in east Europe market due to sanctions
