Your sacral chakra is located in your lower abdomen, about one to two inches below your naval. When out of balance symptoms include-but aren’t limited to-attachment issues, sexually-related guilt, timidity, emotional volatility, hypersensitivity, and trust issues. A person can act both completely disconnected and cold towards others if this chakra is under-active or needy and emotionally dependent if the chakra is over-active. This chakra is your most important emotional center and because of this, at one time or another, most of us will experience an imbalance here.
303Hz is the frequency resonates with the vibrational frequency of the Sacral Chakra. and this music features 303Hz as its root note and other image frequencies which helps in balancing Sacral Chakra through meditation.
The Sacral chakra is about feeling and sexuality. When it is open, your feelings flow freely, and are expressed without you being over-emotional. You are open to intimacy and you can be passionate and lively. You have no problems dealing with your sexuality.
If you tend to be stiff and unemotional or have a "poker face," the Sacral chakra is under-active. You're not very open to people.
If this chakra is over-active, you tend to be emotional all the time. You'll feel emotionally attached to people and you can be very sexual.

This video has helped me realize that I've labeled myself as a "giver" in relationships because I was too afraid to be touched physically and emotionally. All I can do after listening to this beautiful music is to thank everyone here. I’ve been trying to change myself by meditating with these music and for the first time I felt my body was vibrating and so warm. Yes it was a long way but I am very happy that I didn’t give up. I love all of you, whether we've met or not. This thread has warmed my heart. I do my best to live with unconditional love and I've struggled and fought, but the past few days... Surrender. Through heroin addiction, self destruction I've grown and lived yet the greatest struggle is just being a step dad and fiance to the most wonderful woman on this Earth. Just for today, I will love everything - joy, pain, suffering, defeat, ecstacy - all of it cause it led exactly to this moment. Just for today, we're all good enough already.

Wow. I was reading all the comments before meditating to this and doubting that I was going to experience anything from the music but I was wrong. I was looking for sacral chakra music because I wanted to heal my ovarian cysts. I used a tiger eye and a lybian desert glass crystals for some assistance and wow before long I entered a memory where it was only minutes after my birth and my parents were so I love with me, I could feel the unconditional love and joy in their hearts and how they only ever wanted the best for me. I had tears streaming down my face and a huge emotional release. This was so healing for me because I have believed for so long that my parents never loved me. Now I know truely that they really did and they only made the mistakes they made with me because they didn’t know better and they have their own psychological and energy block issues that they aren’t even aware of. Wow thanks so much for having this on RUclips. I will be listening to this again because I feel there is more to discover.

As soon as I connected with my own energy and went into the meditative mode.... I started to cry. I started seeing glimpses of my past and people I had encountered at that time and the times I got hurt or who I had hurt at some moments, and I went as far as my childhood, and started to ask forgiveness for every hurtful thing i had said to them and also forgiving them, even when they didnt ask for it... basically, I went through my family tree, even from past generation, great grandpa etc. And then I saw my animals, who had passed away, and I got to hug them and they danced around me, showing me that they are doing good up there. Then I again saw my grandpa and great grandpa, who were doing good too. Then I said that I loved them all, they put their hands on their hearts, showing me, they responded me with the same, and then they turned around and left into the light. I woke up, and thanked them, for always being by my side and looking up for me, and then I started saying affirmations, what I want in life (as if i already have them), who and how I see myself as, what kind of people and energies are surrounding me in my life etc. It was a needed journey. And very powerful experience. I physically felt presence of souls around me and I saw them pass by my closed eyes, like shadows passed. And it got really cold in my room. I knew they were all there with me and so was my guardian angel, who held my head throuout all of it. Thank you. Lets heal together. You are not alone.
Managed to stay focused and meditated for 20 mins with this- the longest I've ever been able to meditate so far! Feeling so refreshed :)

So sorry to hear about your difficulties, I too experienced physical, mental and sexual abuse when I was very young. Although I have now moved through all of it. Whoever "THEY" are that you are referring to that has put a label on you that you are too damaged needs to have their license taken away are they need to stop practicing what they are doing. That's a ridiculous statement to say to someone. Your never too damaged. In fact you are perfect just the way you are right now. You can start by taking the label off yourself that you are broken and need to be fixed.., God doesn't make mistakes. You create of YOURSELF a lesser God when you attach labels on to yourself.... Feelings of unworthiness, lack, feeling unloved, abandaned, alone, separate, We are here to overcome and heal these issues not go the rest of lives being victim to our outer circumstances. Forgiving yourself and those that hurt you is part of our healing process. Gifts and wisdom come from our experiences and you become more God like as you get to the other end of your healing process. Like the Creator itself, you were created in that likeness. I don't know why but I listen to your chakra music every night when I sleep until I get up since a month now. Everytime it feels like something has changed and something comes to my mind that was hidden so deep inside myself that I didnt know anymore it exists. This sakral music had the biggest effect of all. After listening to it and waking up I suddenly realized a lot of stuff that was not allowed/forbidden to do (by myself), especially feel and live all of my own emotions (anger, love, hate, missing, etc). I had terrible pain in my stomach when feeling this. But now my stomach pain that did last 3 years is almost gone. So together with autogenic Training it saved my health and probably my life. No idea how to explain this with science or anything I believe in, but thank you!

The Chakra of Water. This Chakra allows me to express myself without being over emotional. To be calm and serene like the ocean.
This video brought me back to myself, I was closing myself in from jobs and relationships even though usually I am a very outgoing person..the loss of a job last year,boyfriend issues, etc made me feel I was not worthy of anything...I knew I had to work on this chakra since I completely lost touch with feeling it,,,,it has been wonderful, and I am finally back to being the true me that I lost ,,,I will listen to it often

Thank you for sharing, I was the same as you, and I had no libido , it was liked numbed. and even my best friend thought I was asexual lol in my case, I started my journey on spirituality and unblocked it, facing my own pain and trauma instead of repressing. I realized that feelings are not right or wrong, they just are.

isabel thank you Isabel ☺️❤️ and I understand how frustrating that can be. Just don’t compare with others , do what’s comfortable with you. I think one solution does not fit all but what helped me is that by overcoming the sense of guilt and shame . ( I wasn’t conscious of it then , but subconsciously I was ) that closed off the chakras , because I thought these feelings are unneeded and repressed it. I was fine being single and all chill , because I wasn’t looking for anyone. Then i met someone special and changed how I see the world. ( He was my soul mate. ) and even tho I was afraid. I opened up slowly. so you see sometimes you have to have faith. And that it will work for the better. This kind of music can help , just a part of it tho. It’s working with yourself , inner world and healing, connecting with yourself as well. Do what makes you happy 😊 and what you think is good for your self in the long term. Meditation can help too , but my spiritual journey wasn’t sunshine and rainbows. I had to destroy my old belief system and doubt my BS . And understanding our thoughts can lead to emotion and in to belief which forms our reality.

If you have a high libido before , what causes you to suddenly feel this way ? Is there an event or trigger
Identify these emotions and beliefs
Do you feel comfortable being sexually open with your gf ? And a sense of connection and trust ?
What makes you feel light and turn on in the past ?
isabel if you don’t want to do it with her , don’t blame or force yourself to do it . If you don’t feel good about it and And if it’s too much stress on you , for me I’d talk to my partner and be honest with them and say no if I m not up to it. She will support you if she really cares with communication . Being vulnerable and letting the sense of control too by trusting someone is what helped me. There’s sexual which is physical but spiritually and that’s love. Both is great tho. And I couldn’t control it. The chemistry is like , suddenly overflowing again. I didn’t try hard to open it but it happened by itself while I was taking care and understanding more about myself. I know you can do it ❤️☺️⭐️🙏🏻 have faith and light and love to you.

I can feel my heart beat in my abdomen
Yesterday my kidneys started to hurt and I ignored it (thinking I just need to drink more water) later on when I went to bed, I dreamed of me containing a angry snake in a cage. When I got up this morning I looked it up, and most sources said its emotional passion/sexually related...something told me to look up what chakra deals with kidneys and what do you know. Both were signs I needed I balance my sacral chakra. So I meditate to this and it’s helped me so much, thank you!!!

Great. I focused on this chakra and it gave me the sense of working creatively and enthusiastically with my new students this year. Overall, meditation has helped me realize my wrongs and the devious ways I express love to people. I just broke up with my girlfriend because I'd been an ass for almost two years and she had enough of it meditation has been so important for coping and seeing and realizing so much I have going in my life. I really did feel something immediately. I am so desperate to release this old sexual trauma. I carry my tension in my pelvic floor muscles and am about to give birth in a month. I so want to be relieved of this as I’m frightened it will hold me back when labour starts. I guess I have to let go mentally first. I’ll defiantly save this to my playlist. Thanks for the upload.

It works instant. My Meditations have upgraded this season, TY. My lower Chakras are hard to balance. So far my sensitivity levels are neutralizing. This usually takes forever to accomplish.

Lost my beloved uncle at the age of 7 even if he was not my actual one. He was my aunt's partner , but I have loved him like any other family member. That trauma blocked my feelings for many years. I am still actively working on it. Bless all of you People and thanks for this amazing sound.

I love this meditation. The melody is my favorite so far of any of these - it's beautiful. I'm doing a "project" right now where I'm focusing on one chakra at a time and trying to do what I can to understand and balance each one.
I've always neglected the sacral chakra but when I did some research, I learned that it can become blocked by a fear of death and this shocked me because ever since my former boyfriend Rick died a while ago, I have had untreated PTSD that's affected my mental health and resulted in a tremendous fear of death. Not of my own death, but the deaths of those I love. I think this chakra is an important one to focus on.
To whomever is experiencing grief or the PTSD from it: you are so loved and will find your way into the light. I'm so sorry for your loss.
