Removing 2014 grand caravan rear axle, make way for the 8.8! Mocking up the diff, fitting NEW wheels

I finally installed the new wheels! they look great on the van, and I'm excited about how well they fit compared to the old steel wheels. I also started fabrication on the ladder bar setup for the rear diff. This is part one.

I would wonder the effort to do most of this and have awd or 4wd. Since mine is a daily right now I don't have the lux of ripping it apart. Lol .I do live this build tho

With the space that I have in the front end, it would be no issue at all to do awd or 4wd if you had all the gear to do it. It would be so cool

Hey Barry, what is that wire shown at 11:16 just to the left of where you are pointing? It has a 90 degree bend. Mines broken but cant find out what it is. Thanks !

If you’re talking about the part that’s next to the fuel spout it’s actually the vent for the filler neck. That’s a hose
