Ski races - the Lauberhornrennen - in Grindenwald and Wengen, Switzerland.
Various panning shots of the snow covered ski resort of Wengen. Various shots of tourists in the snow covered town of Wengen. Panning shot of the skiing slopes, with mountains in the background and skier in far distance. Various shots of skiers going down very steep course at the high speed (nothing to indicate that this is a race therefore could be used for ordinary skiing material). CU winner of the event, skier Guy Perillat of France. CU Perillat with Karl Schranz of Austria, who came third.

CU Therese Leduc of France who won the event. Various shots men competing in the downhill speed event at Wengen.
