  • After nearly a three-year hiatus due to COVID-19, states resumed their annual process of reassessing Medicaid eligibility for all enrollees on April 1, 2023. Now, more than six months into this initiative, millions have lost their Medicaid coverage, with a significant portion of them disenrolled primarily due to procedural issues.
Engaging an individual healthcare consumer to take a specific desired action can be a formidable task. Numerous factors come into play, including entrenched habits, social determinants of health (SDoH), and the challenge of reaching these individuals effectively.
