omy.. i have no words. Im so exhausted of all these teachings and spiritual methods and ways to accept, be or manifest. This is like a big fat ego bath, it feels so quiet and relaxing and all I wanna do is go to bed, be nothing, do nothing, rest and be what i already am. thank you matt.
It's becoming ridiculous isn't it? Where's the simplicity in life anymore? Innocence, receptivity and taking life in slowly....in the last 6 months in particular I learned, yep, the world is actually moving in direction that can make it harder to have a certain type of life, or certain states of conscisousness I took for granted in the past.
@@jeanjacqueslundi3502 All though they are all very helpful and amazing, there is just so much out there, it can be very overwhelming! Ease, slowing down, simplicity, choosing love in now moments. Should be enough :) I do agree that it's more difficult for me now too, I feel like I'm birthing a new life re-living my old or something haha!
@@JilliansNL For me it's like, I'm noticing the only life that will satisfy me, can only be created from within by me...no other soul. Even other heart-centered souls in the spiritual communitty....often times don't align with my preferences enough to co-create that with me. So all this awareness is putting a fire under my butt - i NEED to create my life on my own. Doesn't mean I have to rush anywhere, but it does mean stop expecting anyone to help me shift into the life i want, no matter how loving.
@@jeanjacqueslundi3502 I get that, in many many ways I do feel like that too. I'm so ready to co-create with people on the same level, but like Matt said, that's also spiritual ego. When you're truly in a state of love you can co-create with any one ( and also create your own life yourself). And in the end, yes you create your own life, but youre also not alone. Let the Universe guide you towards where you need to go and who you want to become. If you all have to ''do'' it yourself it is exhausting, when it can be an experience full of joy and expansion when you also let yourself be guided.
You can also use your love for other people to bring you in alignment with yourself and with that which you truly want. It's a tricky one. I guess you only only learn from letting life give you want you need to experience in order to learn and receive what you truly want.

The Divine is unbelievably, believably divine that way and it will never not bewilder me. I am able to grasp bits of it, and understand the reason for things, but boy does it blow my mind how on point at all times it is. Everything happens exactly when it was supposed to. Absolutely, completely in awe that each message, although given to a large group, always speaks to who it was meant to and connects on such a deep soul level with so many...thus proving once again that we are not so different after all, although our experiences are our very unique and beautiful journeys specific to us and our being. We are each so clearly and lovingly connected and massively essential to, and appreciated within, the collective. Our unique perspective is necessary and instrumental in source experiencing every magnificent bit of itself. The "good" with the "bad". Every experience is meant to better us and grow our conciousness as well as the Uber important matter of perspective. Perspective can make all the difference.

This inquiry and exploration cracked me open to the flow of divine love at a time where I felt so conflicted and self righteous against my parents decision to get the kovid-1984 jab.
At the end of a releasing process I found myself Singing out
"what if there was no one to be,
what if there was nothing to do, except to be the space that love pours through."
And it quickly brought me in touch with deep Peace and gratitude and respect for their choices and their journey.

Your words in this are so relevant this week. I believe you have explained a friend of mine and how I set boundaries up, only to watch the relationship fail in the end.
I came out the 'fuller self', once I embodied my actions of boundaries. Its ine thing to do it, another to feel it and make it part of life.

My mom visited for the first time in 5 years. After all the personal growth that your teachings have helped facilitate I was able to just enjoy her. I didn't feel the need to defend leaving her religion, and I didn't stress out or deplete my energy to the point of illness! It feels great to have come this far ❤

If I wanted to get a bit cerebral I'd say, things may be getting more complicated on that front because we are becoming increasingly aware of our multidimensionality. And then, based on how you feel you are, relative to all the things you wanted to be and do......to the extent you aren't measuring up.....it's very easy to say "oh I'm not being my real self".
When in reality expansion is infinite, there will never be a static self. So yeah, by all means don't take any one role too seriously or as permanent......cause it's all bs in the end.

watching this video, thinking about men and women,
about romantic relationships,
and desperately trying to process the following:
1 - what do looks have to do with it?
2 - but then why have I never been in a relationship? (what about me?)
3 - but like, for example, the guy I like, he would want a "hot" girl...
4 - my guy friends talk about girls in these terms, too (hot or not etc.)
5 - family always telling me to dress up, do hair, wear make up etc.
6 - but they are all around me, everywhere, it's all I see:
dreadfully ugly/unattractive people in terrific relationships...
7 - but what about old people?
they're just old. they don't GIVE A FUCK about looks.
8 - then why can't I attract a man?
9 - men don't see me; it's like I don't exist:
I'm just a fat frumpty-dumpty sexless old person in their eyes
10 - I could make a list that could fill a billion books
of ugly unattractive people in sexual romantic relationships...
11 - my cousin, for example: old fat ugly (as fuck!) and married...

Hello and thank you, Matt and everyone here. I enjoy Matt’s loving but fierce approach. I do have a question, though. Okay so, I can understand that I can maintain good thoughts and “do the work “ and I need to let go of outcomes or as Matt said “the treats”. Fine, got it, thank you. But then my mind went to, okay so my “treats” were to see the manifestations of good eclipsing evil on a global scale. Okay, so I let go of wanting that outcome. My work is my work, it’s how I show up, and what I want may not be divine will. And it’s okay that I’m working towards this whether I see evidence of it making a difference or not. Fine. But if we apply these same ideas to the ones who are bringing harm to the planet, how are they able to accomplish their agenda so easily? I think that they are very attached to outcome. And I think they are very successful. The law of attraction seems to be working very well for them. And they don’t seem to be curtailed by suffering or obstacles. Or wounds from their inner child. If there are no consequences or “treats” for me being good, then it means that there are no consequences or punishment for people who are intentionally harming the human race. I guess I need to understand them and not see them wrong for doing that? Like I don’t know what they’ve gone through to make them think that’s a good idea so I have to be the one who sees that they are me, we are one, and lovingly forgive them and see that light and dark are the same and that it’s all good? Could someone explain this to me? Are they “letting go and letting god”, too?
