They need to introduce new moral curriculum in schools to teach kids about proper public behaviour so that they don't litter, honk and behave poorly in public.

Cities should be pedestrian friendly, in Punjab we should aim for the same by making zones strictly for pedestrians in bazaars, busy shopping streets etc.
