Not into the warfighter games but this interests me, as i pefer the fantasy theme. Hope you do a solo runthrough, as still on the shelf due to the warfighter mechanics.
Thanks for watching! I am going to try and get through the rules this weekend. I've been struggling with the rulebook, which makes it very difficult to teach properly. I'll do my best though 🙂
This intrigues me. You speak highly of Warfighter, but I've got zero interest in something using WWII or Modern War as a backdrop, so a fantasy setting could be something I could sink my teeth into.
I can understand that. This one definitely looks different from the rest of the Warfighters and seems very thematic for fantasy, but still maintains similar gameplay. From what I hear, a sci-fi is in the works too, but probably a few years out. Thanks for watching!
Sure do. Here you go 🙂 GMT trays: www.gmtgames.com/p-173-counter-trays-10.aspx DVG trays: www.mcssl.com/store/danverssengames/vassal/pdf-games/solitaire/deep-dish-counter-trays-5
Hello, Daniel. Please forgive me if this has been discussed previously. I am new to the channel. Many solo games have long rule books filled with small print. The game cards have many symbols, and lots of things to read. Plus there are all sorts of markers, cubes, etc. There is nothing wrong with any of that! The more complex a game is, the richer is the playing experience. But I usually find myself looking for something simpler. Button Shy makes such games. Have you ever done a video that just covers simple solo games? If not, it might be something to consider. Regards, Roger
Hi Roger, glad you found the channel! Great question to ask. In general, you'll find that most of my tutorials cover light to medium complex games with some exceptions (like Warfighter). And recently, I posted a Top 10 video on games to start a collection, but in fact it includes 30 games and the majority are light-medium complexity. So, I'll direct you to that video here: ruclips.net/video/zE5d1V1xlaY/видео.html On a side note, I too find myself gravitating towards simpler, easy to table games. I love my complex games, but I find it more difficult to dedicate time and mental energy to them lately. Anyway, glad you are here and I hope you enjoy the channel!
Hi again! I just bought a copy from a BGG seller! I’m on the fence about this one! I do love Warfighter WWII!! My favorite game by far But enough D&D I say War is War!! Reality is better than fiction But Thank you for this unboxing 🫡🫡🫡
To be honest, I'm on the fence as well with this one. I love Warfighter, and Warfighter WWII is my favorite by far. I do wonder how much I'll like this one. I do like idea of it and the different direction that has been taken on this one. We'll see when I start playing it next week. Thank you for watching.
Curious about this one so I hope a playthrough is forthcoming! Thanks for the video, Daniel.
Indeed it is, but a few weeks away. Thanks for watching! 🙂
Please do a solo playthrough!!
Planning on it for sure 🙂 Thanks for watching!
Ого! Фением версия warfighter уже поступила! Круть! Эххх, собрать бы все…😅

The art is so bad though
I kind of miss the old black and white photos from Warfighter WWII.
