Reyes and Santos both clearly beat him and corrupt judges know to do what they think the UFC wants if they can plausibly do so without the whole internet ripping them apart. Anthony Smith beat jon by DQ. I know people don’t like titles passing by DQ but it has to be that way or else why should Jones not eye poke everyone until the refs DQ him, and then keep his title forever? At least in theory he can. He loses by DQ but keeps the title because the sort of idiots who hate Aljo for it won’t stand for the DQ winner to get the belt. Like Aljo or Anthony Smith.
