I've been listening to the same 6 rules of success speech❤ i was preparing last year in kota for neet but i started having health issues😔 i was sent off back home because i went into severe anxiety disorders😔 i was a fit guy but in a year i gained around 20 kgs.. i was in a pathetic shape ... i had big man boobs😔 i had failed my exam terribly 😔 everyone was blaming me for everything. I had lost my body mind carreer everything.i was crying like lambs alone in a corner😔 i used to sleep 12 hours due to medicnes😔 but one day i decided to change i started hitting the gym... nd took studies at start i couldnt study an hour.. nd walking 1 km was too much... but i was dedicated its been over 6 months now i am in a lot lot better shape. I look handsome again like i was... i have gained stability and now j study 4-5 hours at home + coaching❤❤ nd i owe a big part to beerbiceps ❤i just hope uh guys read it.
Take heart. I am 54 years old now, broke, alone, scared. I had a minor heart condition two years ago. My whole life is almost doomed. But after recovering, I started doing push-ups at home six months ago as I could not even afford a gym and also due to the pandemic lock-down. Now I can do 40 push-ups non-stop. Most people in the comment section are talking about Arnold (understandably), but what Linda Hamilton said about mental health (and health in general) made a lot of sense.
"It's a constant thing. It doesn't end." The learning. For most people who truly deal with mental issues, it's not like you have it one day and then you don't. You have it, you try to deal with it, you seek help when you can't, then you still have it but you get better at coping and living with it. You just have to "Get up and keep moving".
