@@SimulatorTech Idk man it just hits differently its like the difference between getting shot with a 2inch bullet and an 8inch one SO SATISFYING, also do you know when the 007 PC is coming back in stock if you do please tell me I was so close to getting one but it got sold out ;( other then that FANSTASTIC VIDEO MWHA FANTASTICK
Love your reviews man!! You def need to get more subs fr. High quality content here. I’m honestly torn rn and need some pro advice. I just built my first pc and wanting to replace my 5yo razer kb. Didnt know kb world is this big rn. I’ve been doing some research and ended up with epomaker RT100, TH96, and Ajazz ak966 theyre all 96% kb. I currently got the th96 and ak966 and really liking it, i also ordered the rt100 but wont arrive until jun7th. Th96 isnt really for me, it looks really good and the weight and material is very premium, but I make too many typing errors with it that it triggers me half the time lol, the ak966 seems to be everything I’m looking for but can you give me your thoughts on ak966 vs rt100? Plus getting the ak966 at $150 isnt that comfortable for me, given its all plastic vs the rt100($105) & th96($103) this made me think I might as well go for a more premium ones. Then I binge watch some of your vids and you mentioned as well as the other ytbers that 96% kb are only for people transitioning and will eventually go for 75-60% layouts and this is very me rn lol Now I kinda consider to just dive deep and go for a 60-75% which made me consider the barebones version of dropsense75, monsgeek m1, Q1 pro. Do you have any other suggestions for the 60-75%? Pref metal build with volume knob with a budget of $170 I know it’s a lot of questions but hope you can shed some light on my dilemma. Thank you.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Just also wanna add that I’m going for the deep thocky sounds. I got really tired of my razer blackwidow for 5years. It’s just too much, I also know some of my friends in discord are already annoyed with how loud it gets when typing+talking.
Haha welcome to the rabbit hole! If you're dead set on retaining the numpad then there's not much I can do to help you since I don't have too much experience with that layout other than the rt100, though the ak966 looks like it has nicer keycaps. If you're willing to try a 75% then I think that's the way to go because there's so many great options within your price range. As of right now I would definitely consider the monsgeek m1 since it has a full alu case, but if you're willing to wait a little, mykeyclub has a board called the mkc75 releasing within the next month or 2 which supposedly has an alu case and weights for around 100 dollars. Sorry I can't be very specific, but if you have any other questions feel free to ask!
Lol I know what you mean. I would try to find boards with polycarb or fr4 plates and I would research mods like the tape mod if you're looking for that deeper sound signature.
@@SimulatorTech thanks for the reply man!! I’m not sure if you ever tried the epomaker th66/th80, if yes, can you tell me if the build quality is the same with rt100? I’m honestly interested with the rt100 but the ak966 has everything that I could ask for, it’s just that the price isnt sitting too well on me. I just checked the keyboard you mentioned, it seems really2 good for the price. The m1 wireless is set to be released this june so it’s only a few weeks from now. Tho the keyboard MKC75 is also getting released soon at $99. I guess I’ll wait and see your reviews for it before deciding. My plan for now is to just use the ak966 as well as the rt100 within their 30days return period until I can decide whether to keep it or go for the the M1 wireless and or mkc75 when they release. Hope you can give me your thoughts with similarities and differences on epomaker th96 and rt100’s build quality. I was really surprised with the th96 build quality for on $103. I didn’t realize that the kb game has reached this level. Been sleeping on it for 5-6yrs since I got my razer bw lol.
@@SimulatorTech do you have mods guide vids on your channel? I will binge on them. I honestly looked around but the vids I saw were inconsistent. They’re just like experimenting and using everything they can get their hands on, I read that there are risks and hazard esp with tapes and materials you put in, but the vids I saw don’t tell you the risks and longterm effects of the materials they experiment on. They tend to just focus on the end results and that’s it lol.
would you ever review the TH80 pro in the future? Its one of the most popular from epomaker but they have so many keebs I'm confused which to cop
I actually have one but I haven't gotten around to making the video yet. Should be out in the next month or two

Did it come with an acrylic keyboard cover on your box?
Yes, the keyboard came with a plastic dust cover
Insane keyboard! Very cool and only 115$ too. Can you do a modded sound test with different switches too?
I'm working on a bunch of boards rn but if I have time I'll def do that!
@@SimulatorTech OK!
You better give me this
