Pile1: a bit if lapis lazuli was given to me many years ago by a clairvoyant to keep in my purse and for meditation.
Have a beautiful Robin coming to the garden since last week, sits there eating the worms while I'm cleaning the garden, it moves its head when I talk to it. Only flies away when my friend next door appears. Feels its a spiritual sign.

Hello I brought the Artists way Morning Pages journal and book. But I'm confused on how to use it. Please help
Why the confusion?
In the journal it specified certain pages ( ex pg 10) but when go to that page in book. It doesn't match the assignment. Then it say something about write three pages and put in envelope and don't re read it.
You have to Do what feels right for you. For every person, how much they allow themselves to write is different.
For me, Its 3 pages, my sisters just manages 1, so there is no RULE, rule.
It's about your inner artist. And no two artists will be the same. :)
Also for the Main Book - The artists way, use a plain notebook. It's an inner journey which lasts for how long it will take you to go through the entire book. Mind you, it took me 7and half months.
For the journal, I write freely.
Make your own rules and trust yourself.
Just keep one thing in mind, you are an artist and what is in from of you is the canvas of your life.
SO create the best life!
