Do You Feel Guilty When You Put Yourself First?

I came upon this old article from 2018 with the above title and I feel moved to share it because it does relate so much to the theme of letting yourself open up to the inner Longing that lives in your Heart.
Always putting yourself last, only creates unhappiness, lack and resentment, (unless you feel a real Felt Sense Joy when doing it.)
Please don't close the door of fulfillment on yourself.
When you INCLUDE yourself in this equation of putting others before you, then you are just as much in the receiving Flow as they are. And not only that, when you include yourself, the Portal is much wider for both you and others to receive. So everybody benefits.
How does it get better than that?
