That revelation of Natalia is beautiful. We may try to keep others afloat, but showing that we can walk by looking upon him shows to others that we don't merely need to float but can walk on the metaphorical waters of suffering when looking upon him.

This has helped me a lot. Thank you so much Matt for having these mothers on. They hold such beauty on their faces- the beauty of Christ! Mother Natalia hold so much wisdom, and Mother Garbriella too! As a teen, and a Catholic, I am called to evangelise - but I don't know how. Then I remember Mother Mary. She is the Queen of Heaven, but she never goes out of her way to convert people, she just held onto the joy that was her son, Jesus Christ. Through her suffering and silent intersessions, she became the pillar of comfort for her son's disciples when her son died. What an EXAMPLE. A true definition of Queen.

I'm catholic . I think some catholic go to far with Jesus mother focus more on The blessed mother. and take there eyes off Jesus . her role was knowing Who Jesus was because she raised him .so it help confirm who Jesus is and she points to her son and says listen to what he says no more no less God bless

@@donald2993 Mary ALWAYS points to her son. The servants came to HER at the wedding of Cana, and she told them "Do whatever He tells you." The Rosary itself is more about her son than it is about her (i.e. the Mysteries). The OP is a teen, they'll learn eventually how it works.

James 2:17, I think it applies even to this. If you cannot show that your choices were correct then they will never know. People flock to secular idoltry because they "look" like their lives are great. Doesn't mean put all your business out there but be the example that others want to imitate.

I loved your final thoughts Matt, which are basically summed up as "Let your Yes mean Yes, and your No mean No." We need to be authentic and honest about our intentions on converting others to Christ.

The Mothers are so clear on this. I felt this so deeply because I have family that suffers because they don’t believe. Their words of simply living the faith for them to see is the antidote to their non belief. I love these mothers ❤. They are truly doing God’s work. God bless them 🙏🏻

Mother Natalia thank you so much for sharing what He showed you in that prayer. I have a whole list of drowning souls that I love very very dearly and it makes my heart sore. THAT WISDOM helped. what a grace. Mathew 10:27 I feel unfettered. Go to your adoration masses everybody. I think Our Lord heard my prayer there.

I don’t think the Catholic laity has had much of a history in outreach evangelism, they have in the past have had large families but that’s mostly changed today.

Better catechism leads to better evangelism.
There's plenty of lay Apologists. And even more who are living the Gospel and sharing God's Love. Living with that Love is enough to entice people. Then good Catechism helps people answer "why Catholicism."
After that, it's only God. But send them to RCIA director or a Priest or Nun to talk

Being joyful in Christ... and letting others see that joy. Such a beautiful thing, and seems like it should be so easy, but it can be the hardest thing! How do you find that joy if you just don't feel it?

As someone profoundly and routinely impacted by depression, I find it's very difficult to identify how to achieve the peace and joy dear Mother Natalia is talking about. It has seemed to me an evidence God doesn't love or want me, though I have conviction that this isn't his character. But it's very difficult.

Lol. . in my Secular Franciscan formation we read lots of books about St Francis and one claimed that the quote "preach the Gospel at all times and if necessary, use words" was said by Francis as a dig at his competitor for religious followers, St. Dominic, known for his preaching and volubility. So all these centuries we've quoted a bit of snark as something holy. .which is so typical of we humans.

These Mothers are lovely! May God bless them! I just don’t like the way Matt behaves in some parts of the interview, like when he says “to who exactly?”. This kind of attitude, putting down people who are somewhat trying, hurts. Confidence is good, but pride is not.
