Yesterday I had a sensory overload I was crying 😢 once I got home’ I went to room I got upset’ had a rough afternoon because I was feeling a little overwhelmed and a little overworked because last week was too busy for me so I kept on crying quite a bit and went into my dad’s room yesterday this Afternoon and cried it out because I was so upset but I handled it the right away by taking deep breaths before I cried more and went out of dad’s room’ went downstairs and started crying to my mom and I apologized for having a meltdown because I thought I had one but I was a little frustrated’ upset’ and overwhelmed because I was little tired from a super long busy week last week.
Yesterday we dropped off Ethan at his house and we got the store and we got Starbucks.
