Turmeric should be whole freshly ground paste..do not use store bought, it can cause infections especially if u tend to break out easily. Natural turmeric has medicinal benefits. Btw I use this mixture mostly as a cough remedy. 😂

I remember I put turmeric on my face with water as a face mask and when I was washing my hands I noticed a yellow stain. Then I realised that my face was going to be stained yellow like a Simpson. It was not yellow but orange like Donald trump 😭 I had to constantly scrub to get everything off. Now I’m scared of turmeric.
