Everytime i find a new beautiful video it’s from my soul keeper, Kenneth. I’m a Christian with mental illness. My struggle was bad heavy. My story is incredible of how you helped me heal with your affirmations. Now I also do a lot of binaural beats and spoken meditations. Ive gone from clawing my face off in shame and in rehab to having a publishing company and almost a dozen children’s books done in 2 years.
