      @@TheAtl0001 It's not BS. The thing with these transformations is that you have to keep almost the exact diet and workout schedule for the rest of your life. Most people can't or won't do that. Although it is easier to maintain shape than get to it from bad shape, you still gotta keep the consistency.

      @@dramareynes9319 doesn't make it "for sheep." It's cool to see practices that we know work in theory actually come to fruition. Documenting it for RUclips shows people who might be struggling with the process that it really does work, and it really is possible, even if it's difficult. There is so much useless stuff on RUclips; choosing something legitimately inspiring like this to hate on is a really weird place to direct your criticism.

      So I think they might have reserves of recorded content. You really have no idea when these videos were actually recorded. They upload stuff way later in order to optimize engagement. This could have been a year ago and we just don’t know. So idk if he’s in a cycle of weight gain and and loss of if the videos were actually recorded and released at completely different time periods.

    does he or anyone reading this have any tips for increasing my pullups? im a calisthenics athlete so i can already do 15 unbroken pullups but would love to achieve 20 in 2025! ( and a muscle up of course). as my body is 'trained', its much harder to not plateau and the usual things like:
    - weighted pullups,
    -frequency of training + adequate rest days
    - AMRAP training
    - 2 min negative pullup
    - max pull up until failure then use a band etc
    dont work as well with me because i already have a certain level of fitness, so the increases are slower.

    • @hazza2247
      @hazza2247 6 дней назад +1

      yes sir so do weighted pull ups with plenty of rest between sets, i like to do stretching from head to toe between sets
      after like 3-5 sets i then do 1 set unweighted and on the last rep i make the negative as slow as possible, i then immediately jump from the floor to do another slow negative and then another and then another with barely any rest between them
      i’m not saying u gotta do this routine every time but it’s seriously effective to do occasionally
      i can do 25 pull-ups without stopping
