Have a great week guys! Cheers.
Hey guys, just to clear up some confusion. I started working with Jeremy 6 months ago, so this has all been one continual process for me. I didn’t regain a bunch of weight since the last time you saw me.
In that case would it not make sense to have this video come out before the 365 days video that you posted a while ago?
@@GoalGuys not trying to hate, love the continual progress over time. However, it does suck to see these habits fall in and back out. Just hope we can see the progress stay and go up from here!
So proud of you dude! It was a pleasure working with you. The hardest part of any transformation is execution and staying consistent, and you crushed it.
Dude it was a pleasure to have you as my coach! Couldn't have done it without out you!
How many times does this guy get out of shape
Honestly, this is the best he's done. Actually building on progress instead of falling back. The cycle gets tedious.
Makes you wonder whether it is all BS. At the end of the day it is all in the kitchen or like Arnold says: "Put That Cookie Down! Now!" ruclips.net/video/7HrnWC8zBcE/видео.html
@@TheAtl0001 It's not BS. The thing with these transformations is that you have to keep almost the exact diet and workout schedule for the rest of your life. Most people can't or won't do that. Although it is easier to maintain shape than get to it from bad shape, you still gotta keep the consistency.
He’s not out of shape again, he’s trying to go further… and he’s never really trained strength correctly
@ keep telling ya self that
Going to have to start changing the channel's name to the Gains Guys. Awesome job
This is actually incredible, such an endorsement of Jeremy's training, incredible work. You're legit an inspiration.
endorsement for sheep. calorie deficit and compounds lifts with a few isos for volume gets you that.
@@dramareynes9319 that's what they did in this video... what are you talking about? the whole plan was a calorie deficit and a 5 day workout split including compounds.
@ my point is it is not rocket science. don't understand the point of these fitness RUclipsrs stating the obvious
@@dramareynes9319 doesn't make it "for sheep." It's cool to see practices that we know work in theory actually come to fruition. Documenting it for RUclips shows people who might be struggling with the process that it really does work, and it really is possible, even if it's difficult. There is so much useless stuff on RUclips; choosing something legitimately inspiring like this to hate on is a really weird place to direct your criticism.
@@dramareynes9319 What are you mumbling about lol Without these influencers you wouldnt have access to any of this information for free. A coach is also there to support you and hold you accountable. Why tf do you think 98% of people fail to follow a simple diet and exercise regimen, when info is all over the internet? Use your small brain for once buddy
Congrats on the result, looking good! Also love the vibe Jeremy is giving off, he seems like such an wholesome human being and love his positive and kowledge based coaching style.
Thank you! Yeah, Jeremy really is a great coach and overall dude!
That’s crazy! Good shit cam. Think I also sort of hit a wall this week but I’m going to get back to it starting tomorrow. Need 4 lbs to officially lose 100lbs in 2 years.
Once again congrats. You look incredible! Would have loved to see a reaction from your brother
That's incredible man, I'm so proud of you.
Wow, excellent real world example of what is possible with consistent training and tracked nutrition. I'm glad you highlighted how non-linear fat loss can be and how the biggest changes in your midsection came in the last two months!
Congrats bro. So happy for you. I’ve been on a weight loss journey working with a trainer for the last 3-4 years and it is a crazy wild ride. I’m on a cut right now and hoping that I finally get rid of my love handles and lower body fat.
Keep crushing man! Epic results.
Dude, you did amazing! Cutting is no joke. Congratulations, man!
Awesome transformation! Its great seeing you making long term changes that are sticking around. How did this training coincide with the 1 year transformation you uploaded 2 months ago?
Guys, love the video but please reconsider having Better Help as your sponsorship. They’re known to have extremely shady business practices and lack of transparency.
Yea, look at my nick name 😅
@@ishady27lmao bro
@@ishady27 bro gets it
Awesome transformation! Talking about how we all have a set point our body wants to get at was reassuring. I started to see a 4 pack and my body fought hard to stop me from going further and it won. I might have to try again just to see if I can get down to close to that
Love these videos. Definitely giving me inspiration. Your meals look absolutely delicious could you do a vidoe around your daily food?
I would love to see ‘I stayed in shape for 365 days.’ You both clearly have issues keeping what you built
Why are you even following them then?
This! lmaooo
That is real life my guy not the instagram bullshit you see everyday
@@dotash💯 Social media has seriously distorted peoples perception of reality.
@@dotash they have half a mill subs and do this for a living this is very much Instagram bullshit
3:58 Love the cameo from Brandon there lmao
I thought I was having a stroke for a second lmao
Looking great bro!! Congrats on committing to the hard work. Make sure you keep it up!
Great that the scan results showed increased muscle mass and decreased fat, shows you can build muscle on a deficit if you still lift!
Giga Banger, going for my coffee.
I would love to let you know that you have been inspiring me for a while.
4:40 Guys... I thought better help was a scam?
It is
It is not a scam. But it's $(ummy.
Scamming pays! Don't hate the player 💯💯💰
Betterhelp is 🤑.
What do you mean by "scam"?
Jeremy grabbing a little extra and the end 🤣
Thats Pretty Awesome . Nice 5 Month Transformation without any bullshitting :)
Watched the video on Jeremy's channel and couldn't wait to see it from this perspective. Love the video and the collab.
Wow, congrats man. You put in some serious work. Enjoy the fruits of your labour.
This guy seems to be in a continuous loop of tone, trim, show abs, eat, gain fat, lose abs, reset, repeat. He needs a maintenance program he can stick to, along with a decent diet and some self-control. Of course, if he succeeds, he no longer has a RUclips channel theme. Catch-22.
So I think they might have reserves of recorded content. You really have no idea when these videos were actually recorded. They upload stuff way later in order to optimize engagement. This could have been a year ago and we just don’t know. So idk if he’s in a cycle of weight gain and and loss of if the videos were actually recorded and released at completely different time periods.
Proud of you bro well done!
I have been working out for 6 months and my love handles are shaking hands. In my 70s and will not quit this time.
What a great video man
Thank you!
I think this is probably your best transformation yet! Great work.
Good job bro ! You have done the hard part , now stay in that shape all the year , and make a video of that , that would be really interesting thing to see !
Hahaaaaaa!! That before & after of Day 1 to Day 150 is CRAZYY!!! Damn, way to go Cam 😃!
I wanna be lean like you when I grow up
Another inspiring video!! Wait to push through that plateau and crush your goals!
Good effort 👏🏽 I have a similar philosophy about the food but just note you get to the point where you need to factor in nutrition as much as calories for overall health
Awesome. Congrats man
Solid work man!! Are you going to bulk after this or maintain?
Beautiful collaboration :)
Looking absolutely amazing bro
Respect, thats a lot of hard work. Probs you achived it! Question: how tall are you? 143 lb on which high?
Great video, happy you got Jeremy to help with you guys
Gotta say, DAAAMMMMN. Well done and keep up maintaining a similar level of fitness (everyone enjoys a lil treat here and there but don't over indulge!)
I suck at pull ups but its weirdly one of my favourite exercises. I get the most sense of accomplishment from progressing on pull ups
You did a great job, looking absolutely fantastic
What’s that breakfast recipe, looks delicious 🤤!
Yo! That was incredible!
Great video!
Very inspiring, looking good !
Amazing work! 🙏🏾
Great work. can i ask how tall you are?
Can you try to learn the muscle up? I think the your brother did it a few years ago. With your dedication you should be able to achieve it.
YOOO! First off - way to go, bro! Second - dont be holding out on that protein cremi recipe! ;)
This is legit amazing
Definitely your best result ever well done
So what was the solution to the "wall"? Does it eventually go away amd you just change nothing, or do you adjust some oart of your routine to aid it?
The crossover we didn't know we needed
Ho leeeeeeee sheeeeeeettttttttttt dammmmm broooooooo that is insaneeeeeee 🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
Holy shit my dude, this is amazing!!
Great job with the transformation. I think you should focus on maybe a clean bulk/recomp and work on improving strength, especially pulling strength.
Did you take creatine? Ref 10:40
any scheduled deloads for those 6 months? That might have been the cause of the wall (neural fatigue).
Nice collab. Inspiration for me.
Amazing transformation on this one
Congrats dude!
so whats the diet exactly now?
What app are you using to log food intake?
Maybe a goal you should have is to consistently be healthy rather than doing these 90 day challenges then gaining 50lb and doing the same thing again in 6 months.
Nice job dude!
Wish i could get a pt like this
Can you share that ice cream recipe? Thanks
Confusing, I'm 35 183cm (6 foot) 75kgs (165lbs), I did a scan when I was at 84kgs it came back with 16.5% Body Fat, wouldn't that be considered shredded? I just used a calculator which came with with 10.1% which would put me in the morgue.
I still have what feels like a permanent bit of fat that sits under my belly button and provides mild lovehandles.
time for da lean bulk, get the strength back muscles growing, get stronger, id only recomend a surplus of 2 to 300 in calories
COMPLETELY AMAZING 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
betterhelp?????
Thats 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Cam! You look absolutely ripped!
Result 11:34
It would be great to see what you've done since this process, or what the plan is to help the gains and not just go back to baseline.
your in safe hands with jeremy
It is crazy that at 25% I thought he was about 18 and at 15 he looks under 10%. That’s gotta be the most ripped 15 percenter. Unreal results 🎉✌️
under 10 is like competion level. 15 is about right here
nah looks pretty normal for 15% i think what is making it look different is his muscles aren’t that big
does he or anyone reading this have any tips for increasing my pullups? im a calisthenics athlete so i can already do 15 unbroken pullups but would love to achieve 20 in 2025! ( and a muscle up of course). as my body is 'trained', its much harder to not plateau and the usual things like:
- weighted pullups,
-frequency of training + adequate rest days
- AMRAP training
- 2 min negative pullup
- max pull up until failure then use a band etc
dont work as well with me because i already have a certain level of fitness, so the increases are slower.
yes sir so do weighted pull ups with plenty of rest between sets, i like to do stretching from head to toe between sets
after like 3-5 sets i then do 1 set unweighted and on the last rep i make the negative as slow as possible, i then immediately jump from the floor to do another slow negative and then another and then another with barely any rest between them
i’m not saying u gotta do this routine every time but it’s seriously effective to do occasionally
i can do 25 pull-ups without stopping
@@hazza2247 ill try thanks!
Amazing
What’s the recipe for the protein ice cream via the Ninja Creami?
At some point you need an expert/mentor who helps you taking the next step.
Good that you found one.
I would be very curious in your different meals as I find the classic diet meals also very plain and boring.
Does he do a challenge and then have 3 months binge so he can go through it all again for content 😂
This guy kinda looks like me😂
incredible
Where does one find low calorie pita in Canada? Never seen that. In Ontario at least.
Isn't Jeremy in Vancouver?
@micron2665 BC at least. That is why I was wondering. Hoping it was a national chain.
way to go
2025 and already 2 bangers lets gooo!!!!!
I'm amazed this time the Dexa give an agreeable bodyfat number 😅
What was the cardio that was done?
Bravo! You look great. If you don’t mind telling, what’s your height?
5’9
You guys had this channel for years now and never looked into slow negatives? Now I understand why you and your brother hurt yourselves all the time.
Wow
your eyesight also got better and no longer needed glasses after the 150 days!! .. lol
I don't understand you posted a year of be fat to fit 2 months ago and now you are back to where you were ago. Maybe you should put a time line on your videos
Next week how to stay that way?!
Eat WHAT YOU WANT. Just in moderation. Count your calories, but EAT what you want to eat. The weight will fall off.
Fun collab
Despite the settings, I do not get notifications for this channel. WTAF?!
Is there a recipe of what you were eating?
