Does the symphathetic nerves of the kidney come from the Celiac ganglion and aortico renal plexus? Doed these nerves uniformly follow the renal artery towards the kidney?
Sid Gandionco Kidney's innervation is from/by Renal plexus which is formed by Parasympathetic nerves(Posterior Vagal Trunk- Vagus nerve, and Pelvic Splanchnic nerves) and Sympathetic nerves from Greater/Lesser/Least Thoracic Splanchnic nerves via Aorticorenal ganglia
I wish I could give this video 1000 likes! Thanks so much for making the autonomic nerves understandable. I had no idea what was going on from reading my textbook, but your explanations were extremely helpful/clear!
I really liked this video, but I'm a little confused: does the inferior and superior hypogastric plexuses not contain any sympathetic fibres? And what are the sacral splanchnic nerves?
That was amazing... im in MD 2 Tri 5 and i now get this...its one of those things i had to keep reading cause i forget but this video right here is amazing ! thank you!
I wish I could like this video a 100 times!!!! I watched a lot of videos but couldn't understand a word. This is the only video which made me understand the innervation!!!
Ufffffff i have passed my first professional but i had no clear idea of this postganglionic fibres ...etc before watching this.May Allah bless u for teaching us in amazing way
Seriously, amazing video. Very clear and concise and talks about the correct synapses and everything. Like the guy below said, ONLY video that explains the abdominal plexuses. Much appreciated!
"The cervical portion of the sympathetic trunk consists of three ganglia, distinguished, according to their positions, as the superior, middle, and inferior ganglia, connected by intervening cords. This portion receives no white rami communicantes from the cervical spinal nerves; its spinal fibers are derived from the white rami of the upper thoracic nerves, and enter the corresponding thoracic ganglia of the sympathetic trunk, through which they ascend into the neck"
First of all, thank you very much for making these vidoes! they simplify everything! However, im a bit confused because here you don't say that the superior hypogastric plexus gets sympathetic fibers from the thoracic and lumbar splanchnic nerves but in the video you did for the autonomic innervation of the pelvis you said that thats the case.. can you please say what is true? thanks again
Agreed! That is the clearest explanation of the autonomic pathway I've every seen. Please upload more neuroanatomy!

I hv never found a youtube clip so sexy, especially with that british accent
I know right!! this clip should go viral among medical students
Awesome video, I think i've learned more through watching this than I have in any of my anatomy sessions all year!
I wish I could give this video 1000 likes! Thanks so much for making the autonomic nerves understandable. I had no idea what was going on from reading my textbook, but your explanations were extremely helpful/clear!
Whole crap expained in just one flowchart diagram thanks well done👍👍👍🙌
Doesn't least splanchnic N synapse on a aorticorenal ganglion?
this is actually much clearer than what my lecturer said. thanks for the upload
Absolutely brilliant lecture. Thank you!
Thank you so so much, really didn’t know where to go to understand this
Hands down, best and clearest explanation I’ve watched on the innervation of abdomen. Thank you.
thankyou thankyouuuu super explain
very helpful and clear!!! one point of clarification -- the lumbar splanchnic nerves (symp innervation of the hindgut) arise ONLY from L1/L2, not L3.

That was amazing... im in MD 2 Tri 5 and i now get this...its one of those things i had to keep reading cause i forget but this video right here is amazing ! thank you!
Can you please make video on ANS supply to pelvic organs...
This was the best thing, i watched. Thanks alot.
I know this voice from somewhere!
Ah, yes! Anatomy zone😃
I wish I could like this video a 100 times!!!! I watched a lot of videos but couldn't understand a word. This is the only video which made me understand the innervation!!!
Wowwwww
This is the best.
Thank you sir
nonsense without explanation of the purpose of each grouping
I hope you are having a good life, thank you so much
thank you just made my studying a lot easier :)
Thx i realy master abdomin by your video

Such an amazing video!
What about cervical sympathetic trunk
"The cervical portion of the sympathetic trunk consists of three ganglia, distinguished, according to their positions, as the superior, middle, and inferior ganglia, connected by intervening cords. absolutely briliiant Sir
This is the best explanation. Thank you so much
You're very welcome!
Great explaination
Great video! Could you please explain where the sympathetic splanchnic nerves to form the superior hypogastric plexus arise from?
Very very well explained!!!!goosebumps!!!and lots of love💜💜
Life saver wallah
it was great thanks alot
Simply excellent. Flawless and full of valuable information
Worth mentioning that the parasympathetic innervation for the hindgut is the sacral nerve(2-30
Beautiful. Excellent work.
EXCELLENT SIR
Just Wowwww! Thankkkkk uuuu
Amazing video!
Just awesome. MA
