    How did you get the shredder blade to fit? Mine won't allow the top to close. It's like it's too close to the top, and needs to go further down. It sits at the top of the machine, but the top floats above it, and won't settle down into place. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hello! I have been using this food processor for quite some time now but processed food gets trapped between the transparent base and the white rod and unscrewing it for cleaning is extremely difficult. Can you please suggest some easy method. Thanks.

      How to remove the center post from the work bowl for cleaning: (*NOTE: My center post is dark gray. Yours may be a different color).
      Turn the work bowl upside down, grasp two of the dark gray tabs with your thumb and index finger and turn clockwise (right). This unlocks the center post from the work bowl so it can be removed for cleaning. When you're done, put the center post back up into the work bowl column, seat the dark gray tabs BETWEEN the clear tabs of the work bowl, grasp two of the gray tabs and turn counterclockwise (left) until it locks into place. Done.

    Excellent demo; thanks so much! 😊
    I do have a couple of questions though - if you don’t mind.
    Which setting would I use if I wanted to grind rolled oats into a powder/dust?
    Also, I need to grind small, hard cat food morsels (pea sized) into a fine dust/powder as well...
    I’ve just unboxed this processor and am about to assemble it.... and I thought I’d ask so I can get right to it ASAP.
    Thanks so much!
    Your advice is appreciated!

      StatUpBox Okay, thanks!
      I’ve gotten busy with other things since my unboxing the other day and I haven’t been back to it since.
      Would I just pour the rolled oats (or the cat food kibble) right into the big canister area - and then just turn it on?
      Sorry - I’ve never used a food processor before in my life so I’m unsure how to even do this.... 😳

    my question is how do u get that bottom rotator piece off when its time to clean it..mine seems stuck

    • @StatUpBox
      @StatUpBox  9 лет назад

      professionalmartinez if you are talking about the white bottom rotator part , it should be able to unlock either to the left or to the right you should look under it and see where the bigger space goes too,it should also have a clicking little stick , that locks it you can try by gently trying to make pressure to where it unlocks very carefully with out damaging it. Also once a piece of carrot got lodge preventing it from twisting, you can check to see if there is a piece of food lodge in between. my last option to try is you can take some cooking oil room temperature and poor it in the the rotator part where the stick is in the inside and in the outside of it on the bottom also where it rotates (not on the machine but only on the cup it self). see if this would help it get easier to come off. good luck.

      professionalmartinez I found the manual and I finally could open it... with my husband 's help. Here it is: How to Insert and Remove the Center Post
      The center post is removable:
      1. Turn the bowl upside down.
      2. Grasp the clear outer tabs and turn the center post
      clockwise until the lower tabs are free. Lift the post
      out (C).
      3. To return to its original position, place center post
      into smaller opening in bottom of workbowl and turn
      counterclockwise until tabs snap into place.
      I can add a tip. The outer tabs are the locking tabs inside the gear, not the three tips outside the circle. You should press them at the same time and rotate the complete assembly clockwise. We use at first three knifes to press them in order to rotate the center post. Luck!

    Help please I can not put my peices down all the way to make the top go back on I think I’m missing a piece or something but I’m not sure the white piece that goes inside the main part is there. Is there another little piece that goes on top of the white one ?

    • @StatUpBox
      @StatUpBox  6 лет назад

      sometimes the two white center that holds the shredding disk come a little loose, with a couple of taps, you can tighten them back in place.

    I received this as a Christmas gift and just unboxed it today. i assembled it just as you showed in your video, and did read the instructions that came with it as well. First, I used the large blade piece to finely chop some celery...and that worked well. I was making a creamy Cauliflower soup and needed to puree the veggies and broth one they were cooked. Once the cooked mixture cooled off a bit, I put 4-5 cups of it into the bowl...it was not up to the fill line....locked the lid and started to pulse it. The liquid started pouring out around the bottom of the bowl, and all down inside the base and all over my counter!!! I immediately unplugged it. I had everything locked in place...I believe it is probably ruined now because the liquid ran down into the base and the housing where the motor is :-( Any idea what could have gone wrong? I am so disappointed!

      When there is alot of liquid it does over flow on the inside center.
