Separation of The Noble Quran into 30 equal parts as we know today was done by al-Hajjāj bin Yūsuf. He is an oppressor who is also known for executing some of the great tabi'een like 'Abdullāh bin Zubayr (grandson of Abu Bakr).
He is also the one who put diacritical marks on the Quran and declared it as the only correct one whilst prohibiting the recitation of Ibn Mas'ūd.

How to know which ayaats are muhkama and which are mutashabiha.
What if sky is cloudy and rainy continuesly for few days, how to check the moon sight and dawn.

During last Ramadan I observed in my masjid after solat Tarawih a group of people varying from 2 to 7(it varies from night to night) performing what is called Tadarus. One person will read one or two pages before another take over to continue the passages and so on. They finished by the 20th of Ramadan. I dont mean to pass judgement or to find fault in people; I just want to ask if this way of recitation constitute to 'chopping the Quran into bits and pieces' by the individuals apart from the way Sheikh Imran has described.

Dear Sheikh, if a day starts at sunset, should we begin reciting a juz for that day at sunset too and complete it before sunset the next day?
The recitation of the Qur'an at the time of Fajr is witnessed. By whom? The angels!

Solar calender also important as regrneration of plants , animals ,migration of birds ,animals , plantation , trade of agricultural.products ,smmer snd winter calculations etc.
The solar year was not created by Allah Most High for counting the years and for the measurement of time. He created the moon, the night, and the day for that purpose. Kindly study the Qur'an
