At least you have a sense of humor over the incident. There are some people who think the world revolves around them and cause problems when they shouldn't. Your family will tell this story over and over again and laugh about it. They will probably tell it at your funeral, "Remember when at .....". Prayers for you and your family. Oh Miss Kayla I'm so sorry you had to deal with that nasty "lady" while grieving your dad at his funeral. I just can't believe how awful some people are. It was funny to hear the story after the fact, but I can't imagine how mad I would've been in the moment! And seriously- at a funeral?! Some people....

That lady needs REAL prayer!!! Families are made up so different nowadays and that's a blessing. She needs to learn that. You all know who you are and lived your dad. Your brother was calm as he know where he comes from and you were just being protective. All is ok. On a tough day, this made your mom get a laugh so another blessing. No worries just don't give power to the one who is so needy she can try to start up at a funeral. She wasn't center of attention until she did all that. Pray for her and love on your family.

So sorry for the loss of your dad
When my dad died part of his family were in a huge feud. I went to each of them and told them that today is about celebrating my dad and if any one gets out of line they would be removed. I also told them if I had to I would call the police. It shocked everyone because I never confronted any of them before. They behaved themselves which shocked me because there is always a fight when everyone gets together lol.
I'm glad you stood up to that nasty woman! I'll never understand why some people have to do their best to stir up trouble. I'm glad things went well otherwise. Nice to see you back! 🤗
Firstly, you were in the right. Standing up for your family is important. And it seems like she wanted to make your dads funeral about her by putting on a show. I wouldn't stop watching you even if you had punched her. Not that violence solves anything just making a point. Love and huggles.
Might not have solved anything but might have given Miss Kayla some satisfaction and just might have shut the lady up! When she didn't shut up and had the audacity to walk into the church reception, I think I would have called the cops.....and esp when asked to leave she went to her car and sat there.

That lady was mean, vindictive, heartless & cruel to say that! You weren't fighting.... you were standing up for your parents & family against the lies! Great job setting the boundary for that woman! I just can't believe that anyone would do that anytime & even worse at a funeral!! I'm amazed that you can laugh about it now & I'm not surprised that you were shaking! Thank goodness the rest of the funeral went really well & catching up with your family was great! May God comfort you all as you adjust to life without your Dad. Good for you, for defending your parents' honor. I would have done the same thing or worse. I might have called the cops to remove the crazy lady, wow. Some people are just not happy unless they are stirring the pot.

I will never understand why people like that do the things they do ! Your right, they're not happy unless they're causing trouble. You did the right thing, and the other lady was right, she would have went to your mom with a different story to make you and your brother look like the one's in the wrong. So you definitely did the right thing !!

Funerals are always hard, my dad passed 17 years ago this year, it took me a good 11 of them to get over him passing. But I got into a fight the night before his funeral, my sister went to the funeral with a black eye!! oops. Hugs hope you get through okay..

Sounds like my dad's funeral. There was this one female that made comments about my mom, brother and I were not wearing black. She said that we were being disrespectful for not wearing black. We honored my dad in our own way. My mom married my dad in a blue outfit, so she said goodbye in a blue outfit. I wore a fushia colored dress cause my dad liked me in that dress. My brother always wears brown so he wore a brown suite. After the funeral my mom and I donated our outfits to a battered women's shelter. I have never worn anything fushia again.

Great storyteller. I was laughing with you. Your videos are so real and enjoyable to watch. I hope your mom agrees to a caregiver coming to the house. My mom recently passed and she was very difficult but she had caregivers. She went through a bunch because she was very outspoken. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
