I think, being internal or external are two different thing, just like water and coal. Yet they both can be used to produce electricity. What you are showing here is how to maximize the power by adding twisting or changing the direction of force to achieve your objective. What I mean is you are trying to explain how to use, of cause there are many ways to do it. Either internal or external can benefit from these method to encounter their opponent. Using internal is a long process. But can be done by constant practice. Well, just my understanding.
Its a situational approach in the even that such a circumstances occur in a real fight, (which it does happen occasionally). You also can take some accredited self defense videos as an example where the combat instructors arrange a situational approach whereby the attacker was already in a pre-programmed position to attack a certain way and how to counter it. He has real sparring videos where the whole situation resembles a real fight.
@@hsiaochiangtang8911 No, he was sparring a guy with a real life fight situation while he was wearing a helmet. He hits pretty hard. The guy even went back a few times. He also showed some dodges, weaves, and counter etc. His actions resembles those moves from people in a REAL FIGHT.
沒錯 動作中就要包含左右, 上下, 前後 ~ 產生立體的圓形, 同一個動作能做出很多不同的變化, 也就是所謂的招中有招, 這才是內家拳的精隨 ~ : )

有很多人對站樁的作用不了解, 其實就是練上下與腰跨的勁, 換句話說就是把自己中心, 由中心發勁的技巧練好
直、横、竖这个说得很明白。可是一肩高一肩低不知道应不应该如此，我以前学的时候，有时候两肩不平，老师总是给指出来。
