Few people know this, but every state has an Insurance Commissioner. I just got an insurance company to pay my dental claims that they had declined for about 3 years. Write a cool, calm letter to any insurance company not paying what they PROMISED to pay and let them know that the next step will be to file a complain with your state's insurance commissioner.

Wait a couple weeks, when the real state of the State is known. His laws made insurance unaffordable, how many had none?

Insurance companies are not going to provide home insurance to Floridians too much longer. It's a dangerous place to live.
Hurricanes, land disappearing under water, the heat. People won't be able to afford the premiums that insurance companies will have to charge.

West coast has earthquakes, central US has tornados, southern US hurricanes. There’s bad dust storms, sandstorms, mudslides, sinkholes nowhere is perfectly safe. And don’t forget ice storms and blizzards. Insurance companies charge all of us more than it’s worth.
