Daniel is heavily versed in the Jobava but she’s been getting lessons from someone who’s main repertoire is that and is 2700 on Blitz. There’s many different ideas to it and they both play different lines.
Andrea thought she could use her greatest strength talking to beat her opponent, but it failed

So maybe by your hearing something like “i don’t know he’s pretty super excited” which isn’t really something anybody would be likely to say in english, but i mean it’s not impossible that she said that.
It’s pretty clear from context (alex says “he’s not going to win”) that she DID say “i don’t know he’s pretty super saiyan” but she mispronounced it as sye-yen.

@@dionoliveira4058 The evaluation bar, it goes up and down depending on which player has a better position. It starts out half black and half white and gets more white and more black depending on who is ahead. You haven't heard of it??

There are a lot more older GMs and IMs whose games aren't as good as their ratings in Europe than the US.

@@lecallion_marx8243 Essentially the same reason: the good Asian players are younger than the good American ones. As a general rule, young players are underrated, old players are overrated. So it's easier to gain rating if your opponents are overrated, harder if they're underrated.
