I was practicing ghost loading last week and accidentally dropped the bolt on my finger. Needless to say, I have a purple finger today. I have the wood M1 in gray and love and added the 2 extension. Being a lefty, I love the ambi bolt too.

No I didn’t remove the old one because when I did the limb saver didn’t fit right but honestly it doesn’t make much a difference it’s only there to hole the shell carrier from moving. 🤘🤘🤘
I have one of these specifically. Love it. Very reliable 500 rnds in. It's even better suppressed. However, my butt stock is separating and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it off gently. Do you have any idea how it comes off? As far as I can tell it does not come apart the same way as the M4. The butt stock just spins with the trigger pack out of it. I get the feeling I'm going to have to rip the rubber off of the butt stock to remove it.
@@givemethemusicd mine had two very small holes in the rubber you hardly even see them run a Phillips in their and you should feel the screws. Or atleast mine was this way
There's two small flat head screws on the rubber pad, remove those and you'll find that the buttstock is secured on with a washer and bolt. Just gotta tighten up that bolt and you should be good to go. I had a Panzer Arms with the fixed skeleton stock. After a year of shooting buckshot and slugs, it broke off completely. I replaced it with the wood stock kit.

But it’s still light enough to where I can do my quad loading challenge. That I’ve been doing for like the last 40 days on the channel. I’ll weigh it when I get home and give you exact weight. But it’s still comfortable.
@Jus10worsT as long as youre proficient with it, run a tungsten handgaurd for all I care. Lots of shit isnt my style, but its still cool. I really dig wood on fighting shotguns. At one point I ran a quad rail on my 590a1 and the extra pound and a half was an easy call to axe. Looked tough as fuck, but I load, aim, and shoot better without it.

The hand guard is pretty light actually the stock is solid. I’m gonna put some in it take some of the weight out of the wood and then re-stain it.
@Jus10worsT that sounds fuckin tocool. I got an 18" 590a1 in that marinecote finish that looks similar to the gun you're showing here actually. Ive had its forcing cone lengthened and ported by mag-na-port. Hogue 12" LOP stock, magpul forend, olight valkyrie on the forend, holosun eps carry on a monstrum optic mount. Id like to add a ventilated rib and a mid barrel optics mount to lower 1/3 cowitness the rib and bead. And an NP3+ finish when it comes back. I dont know if hogue or boyds or a factory bantam short stock, but I want wood too. The woox forend has mlok slots but the astetics only jive with their stock. And I hate that stock.
@ that sound BA! Only other thing I’m looking at for this is a tube cap pusher-standoff/pumpkin smasher. It’s basically turns the cap into a bayonet with a spear tip 🤘🤘and maybe a breacher choke but then with the pusher it would just be for looks
@@joewolf-xq7lv it will but there not very accurate with this set up I just order a rifled choke to put on it for testing I’m curious to see how much of a difference it makes. Typically need a rifled barrel to shoot them accurately and this is a choked smooth bore

It’s the grey they do have a marine finish which is alittle more “silver”
