Sky Las Vegas High-Rise Tour

Sky Las Vegas is a high-rise condo building located on the north end of the Strip just down the street from the Wynn. In this video, Christina shows everything Sky has to offer, as well as tours one of the condos for sale.
Sky Las Vegas is a 45-story luxury high-rise condominium tower with 409 units, situated on a 3-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. A two-story retail project had initially been planned for the site in 2001, although it ultimately did not materialize. Plans for Sky Las Vegas were announced in July 2004, with construction beginning the following year and its opening occurring in May 2007.
The location of Sky Las Vegas can't be beat! These condos are only about a 10 minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport. Only a 7 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the Las Vegas convention center. And you have great walkability to all corners of the strip.
The Wynn is just down the strip about 5 minutes which is home to some amazing luxury shopping, some gorgeous high end dining options such as SW Steakhouse and Lakeside with views of the Lake of Dreams which has beautiful shows throughout the night. It’s also the home to a brand new show Awakening in a 360 degree theatre with dramatic choreography technology, fantastic creatures and a custom sound sound system designed to showcase its original score.
The units here at Sky range in price from the low $300k all the way up to $4.3m for a penthouse. They vary in size from a 778 square foot 1 bed 1 bath unit up to 3000 square foot penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The HOAs here range from about to $450 up to $1776 depending on the size of the unit. The amenities include BBQ Area, Business Center, Clubhouse, Pool, Spa, Concierge, Exercise Room, Firepit, Fitness Center, Guard Gated, Guest Parking, Outside Living Area, Pet Park, Pool, Pool Cabanas, Recreation Room, Screening Room, Security, Social Calendar, Spa Outdoors, Storage, and even a Theatre Room! How cool is that?

Thanks for the support, Thomas! The majority of high-rise units are electric, but not all. We’ve seen gas units in the Waldorf, Panorama, and Queensridge to name a few.

They’re not negotiable, unfortunately. They are set by the HOA board when they do the building’s budget every year.
