- It's time to get my DIY electric snowboard out of retirement and push it to its absolute limits! In total, I ride it for almost 5km on some local trails. Electric snowboards are still a relatively new PEV; but with cool tech like sodium ion batteries and multiple electric snowboard projects in the works, pretty soon they'll be pretty commonplace! The only issue is how to go about electric snowboarding in deeper powder snow.

My idea for an all in 1 useful cart. We want this to be able to perform certain tasks. 1 to be able to be a living shelter. 2 to be able to transport items. 3 to be able to charge itself with solar. 4 to be able to generate heat / cooking surface. 5 to be able to generate purified water. 6 a seat to be able to sit on rest and drive the cart. 7 LED lighting. Top part cart solar. Middle part sleeping area. Bottom part of cart for storage and devices. Its gotta be foldable and collapsible for when you use it differently. Full extension when used for sleeping. Compact when pushing or driving it.

Cool build, but to me the best part of snowboarding is the turns and jumps.
This one's just for flat ground. Ultimate goal is to go backpacking with it!

I have a vague idea for a 'tankboard' PEV build, but it's later down the line. Got all kinds of wackadoodle builds on the horizon; one of which will put this snowboard to shame
I would like to share my ideas with you. I got best ideas ! We need to build a CART ! An all in one useful item !
looks fun. one thought on turning, when i snowboard most of my weight is on my leading foot and for a quicker turn i swing the back, if the wheel were on your leading foot would you be able to turn better? you'd probably need a shield so it doesn't sling snow all over you and the board but just a thought if you turn the wheel around and move your binding to the other side, have you tried that already?
Yeah sort of; the only drawback is there's a lot of weight and resistance in the rear because of the wheel
