There is a P setting on this scooter which determines maximum engine output power. That's likely his issue. Out of the box I don't think it's set to max.
Hey Jack i just got a Hiboy S2 a entry level scooter for 299 350 w/seat but it does 18-19 mph with a 350w motor is there anything i could do to make it faster ????
350w is a bit weak but I would see if its limited first. see wha the speedo reads with the wheel in the air and if it still stops at 20mph then you can probably unlock it in the settings menu.
