    Mr Ross”S laughter was sooo distracting.. I am glad he enjoyed it..but there was something about it..too loud..too overwhelming.. I love David” work. Thank you for sharing. Turn J R”S microphone off.

    The more I listen to David when he is speaking off the cuff, the more I prefer his readings and books.

      This is the fault of the interviewer who laughs at everything the author says. Same laugh whether the comments are funny or thoughtful or serious--absolutely RUINS the interview.

    i like listening to him but he is very lucky with his family because he preys on them, better artists don't do this so specifically

      He doesn’t prey on them he uses memory and expands on this and “better artists don’t do this specifically “ really don’t know who you have been reading or listening to within your narrow criteria but I fear your criticism is misplaced

      @@wcfields547 of course every artistic writer uses really close stuff, it is what is known, but when david's sister who has mental illness turns up at his theatre room and he orders his manager to shut the door on her and he never sees her alive again? and then he uses that? thoroughly dislikeable on several levels, David is very adroit, listenable, but actually, not very nice

    Grief Ross has the most awful laugh when it isn't right for him .Has he no idea about the enjoyment for the audience he's ruining ? Clearly not .David Sedaris is brilliant but got to the point when the stupid laugh was just too much ..
