Usually the flight being laggy isnt the fault of the client but just that you are moving so fast that the game cant load in the chunks fast enough. If on single player it just means your computer isnt beefy enough to handle loading that many chunks in that fast. If on a server it usually means the server doesnt have enough ram ro render the chunks in. On single player you could try lowering the render distance right down to the lowest possible and that might help a bit.
No the meteor website only supports the latest two major versions of the game and the only way to get historical versions of the client is to get them off someone who downloaded it before it was outmoded. :')

I downloaded Fabric yesterday as I read that fabric is meteor (why not save allot of bother and just call all your stuff the same, why confuse people, NOT YOU OC I MEAN THE DEVS) So i downloaded it in 1.19.2 as my laptop barely runs anything above that, and 6b6t runs on that. I downloaded Fabric API and a mod menu. I managed to download one mod that dupes stuff, but it doesnt work on java, it just pretends to work. Other than that, nothing is working. So when I watch your video and you just magically have a GUI (If thats what its called) without downloading ANYTHING other than meteor itself, i just want to go insane. Can anyone please shed some light on this?
Sorry for the inconvenience this tutorial is now quite outdated and the meteor site doesn't seem to make accessing older versions easy. Wurst is defintely easier and more user friendly in my humble opinion. If I can manage to get a PC capable of properly recording again I will have to make an updated tutorial i fI remember. sorry for the inconvenience :').

It should just go up when you press space with the hack on. if not try going forward and up at the same time with the hack enabled.
