All the boss designs are pretty cool but I think based on the fight overall Sauro is definitely my favourite.

Why is the secret ending just the actual ending I'm confused but hey all in all a solid game did something different abd I have mad respect for it

you didn't get the full ending. still has a final scene after the credits.
How to see "extended ending"?
Maybe u have to find all the keys [And Place them after boss fights]. it will take u dozen of hours to do so.

It actually works! Collect all 4 gifts, then defeat the Godslayer. Extended Ending
