Is 70 degrees or higher ok temp for cpus’s while gaming? I have an i7-11700f and I hope I won’t damage it while playing bg3

I have seen much higher than 70C. Your CPU will just down clock and throttle itself. You lose some performance and have to endure some loud fan noise if cooler is not adequate, but it's designed to prevent overheating and damaging itself.
