I cannot understand how many people are so ignorant and rude to other country's culture 😂 The raw meat in Korea is completely fresh and safe. This is our culture, so please respect.
Evgenia it depends on who thinks it’s right really. I’m not saying that invalidates anything you say but everyone across the world thinks differently than we all do. I, in my opinion, dislike the things you listed and I agree with you that it’s not right but not everyone will. Saying something plainly is right and wrong as a fact is an argument waiting to happen but I also don’t agree with that stuff too
I’m Korean living in US, that level of fresh meat and seafood are really hard to get in here and really expensive. That’s why many foreign don’t understand. As a Korean, I feel just so lucky that I can have many different food easily.

You can feel the delicate taste harmony of Korean 'Yukhoe'.Even meat without fat can be eaten very softly and moistly. Egg yolk, Korean pear, sesame oil, soy sauce, etc. are not strong in taste, so you can feel the original taste of each ingredient.If you want a spicy taste, there are also some with 'gochujang'. If you eat a rare steak, you can feel the soft, moist, and sweet taste of the meat. Similarly, if you eat raw meat without blood, the taste of blood disappears and it has a slight sweetness. Of course, only cattle free of parasites and diseases are distributed through strict management, and only fresh meat is used among them.
Honestly wish I could eat stuff like this, it looks so good. But where I’m from it’s really hard to find fresh meats like this and if I’m lucky enough to find some it’s so expensive. I’d love to try this one day though! 🤍🤍
We can eat anything but we should keep the limit eating raw meat isn't safe I guess even if she can eat raw meat then what is the use of cooking meats they can eat the rest too this way.

hi, i'm korean. we eat law meat just when it is veeeeery fresh. Farms in Korea raises cow in very clean system and beefs are selling immidently when cow dead.. I think think the land size(Korea is very small then others😭) makes it possible. Truly, law beef in Korea, taste realy soft and tender, can make feel sooo good falvor of beef. I can't eat cause it's not infront of me. Thanks for your trying to understand my colture, and if you got a chance to eat it, i truly say, JUST TRY!! IT REEEEEAAAALY GOOOOD
i have tried this, Yukhoe dish at Korean restaurant here in my country Philippines. i gotta say, Yukhoe became one of my favourite korean food. very tasty!
It’s beef tartare, it’s common in Europe and in the Us. You can go to any Gordon Ramsay restaurant and they have it. Idk why it’s so heavily criticized when a lot of people enjoy it.
Hi not to be rude but I think your comment is a bit bias. Other countries all around the world eat snails, worms, frogs and just many exotic foods but people only seem to care about dogs and cats because they're "cute" and that makes people who eat them as monsters. I personally think if people are going to backlash other people for eating cute and fluffy dogs and cats then they might as well point fingers at people who eat cows, pigs, lamb and other "normal" meat. I as a korean do not agree with eating dogs because I own one and I am very bias because I casually eat meat everyday. So I keep my behavior towards people who eat dogs as just "okay" and not get disgusted by them. I'm still trying though because I still feel anger towards those people but I'm learning to accept them as just regular people. So I hope you will too.

hi, i'm korean. we eat law meat just when it is veeeeery fresh. Farms in Korea raises cow in very clean system and beefs are selling immidently when cow dead.. I think think the land size(Korea is very small then others😭) makes it possible. Truly, law beef in Korea, taste realy soft and tender, can make feel sooo good falvor of beef. I can't eat cause it's not infront of me. Thanks for your trying to understand my colture, and if you got a chance to eat it, i truly say, JUST TRY!! IT REEEEEAAAALY GOOOOD

It’s beef tartare, it’s common in Europe and in the Us. You can go to any Gordon Ramsay restaurant and they have it. Idk why it’s so heavily criticized when a lot of people enjoy it.

Hi not to be rude but I think your comment is a bit bias. Other countries all around the world eat snails, worms, frogs and just many exotic foods but people only seem to care about dogs and cats because they're "cute" and that makes people who eat them as monsters. I personally think if people are going to backlash other people for eating cute and fluffy dogs and cats then they might as well point fingers at people who eat cows, pigs, lamb and other "normal" meat. I as a korean do not agree with eating dogs because I own one and I am very bias because I casually eat meat everyday. So I keep my behavior towards people who eat dogs as just "okay" and not get disgusted by them. I'm still trying though because I still feel anger towards those people but I'm learning to accept them as just regular people. So I hope you will too.

Im hispanic and i love learning about different foods and I think it’s beautiful how traditions and like foods from all around the world are being displayed. Displayed in the way how people created and ate these dishes to survive along time ago which are now used as modern dishes.
